        Very nice smell hotel”

        If you are driving with a lower car please just park outside the hotel would pay you $300 for the parking fee, everything thing in the hotel is fine, small space for you have very thing you need and pretty new hotel with very convenient public transport.

        Above average”

        After 15 hour of flight and 2 hour of train ride to arrive at this hotel around 9am, was told check in time was 3pm. Walked around town till 1:30pm. Asked the staff if any room was available as I was getting really exhausted. Was told no room and had to wait till 3pm. I protested as I knew as people check out before 11, all rooms don’t wait till 3pm to get cleaned and become available then. There’s got to be one or two rooms that had been cleaned. Almost all hotels I stayed at tried to accommodate guests who arrived early. The manager relented and placed a call and magically 1 room became ready for me immediately. Therefore, they did have rooms available but they just weren’t willing to accommodate guests like me who arrive early. The room and bathroom are nice. But I will not recommend this hotel because they value their rule more than service and hospitality. That may be a good motto for running a jail, but not a hotel!

        Hotel is new and clean,but facilities are not so good”

        Location is good and close to Fengjia night market and Taichung station, but same name hotel "Inhouse hotel" is very close, so it cause taxi driver's confusion. I recommend to change Chinse hotel name. Or it can keep cause big confusion. Workers are very kind and profession. They arranged taxi service from hotel to airport and it is cheap and convenient. However, hotel restaurant is not good and small. Buffet is small and cause inconvenience. Swimming pool is only open in the morning and night time. It is not allowed to use pool during afternoon time, so it makes us embarrassed. I will find another hotel when I visit Taichung again.

        Good hardware but service need to be improved ”

        It looks a new hotel so the staff have to be improved for customer service. Fox exp: There is no service at the pool even refill towels. Normal breakfast but tasted not bad.

        I love the decor of the rooms and the bathroom was spacious with a claw-foot tub and a separate shower. The room was a nice size and the hotel restaurant had great options for my daughter. My daughter's favorite aspect was the rooftop pool. We went swimming each evening. It was a beautiful area.

        Large room and nice rooftop pool”

        The staff was very friendly and the rooms were modern and spacious. The restaurant was nice and had many child-friendly options. We spent several hours at the rooftop pool in the morning and later in the evening.

        もう少し接客対応がよければ”

        ロケーションとしては、台鉄台中駅から、タクシーで約12分(120元=約450円)です。場所は、中友百貨から、西に約1.1km(徒歩15分程度)です。ホテル近くのバス停から台中駅まで、約30分かかります。ホテルは、まだ新しいので、きれいです。ウォシュレット・シャワールームとバスタブがあります。さらに静かな部屋を希望したら、中国系の方々の声も聞こえず、車の音さえしませんでした。なぜなら、カーテンを開けると隣のビルに飛び移れる距離で、もうカーテンは開けませんでした。残念なことは、ホテルスタッフの対応です。日本語での対応は、5人いる中で誰一人も片言の日本語でさえ話せませんでした。英語での対応をしていただいたのですが、アメリカ本土でも、ありえないぐらいの早口でした。朝食もフロントで部屋番号を伝えていく方式で、びっくりしました。朝食自体は、日本人の口に合うと思いますが、二日とも同じメニューでした。最後にプールのある最上階へ行ってみました。プールに入っていないので、深さなどはわかりませんが子供を遊ばせるには十分な大きさだと思います。また、そこにいたスタッフは、すばらしいことに日本語が上手に話せました。なぜ、フロントにいないのだろうと私自身は疑問に思いました。
