Lovely cottage only a few metres from the beach. WOW!! Immaculate gardens, restaurants and cafes on site that serve tasty food for all cultures. Fantastic swimming pools. Will definetly come back again and again. Loved it here. Cottages were spacious and clean. Lovely verandah to sit on. We had breakfast elsewhere. Many cheap cafes around opening at 6:00 a.m. Water sports right on the beach and ferries to all the cool islands. 10/10

Old hotel but well maintained”
We were upgraded to beachfront villa due to pandemic so that was nice gesture. Cleanliness is well maintained but breakfast option is rather limited - which I can appreciate with the situation. Overall good value for money!

Lovely place to stay”
Three great pools though they close early. No swim up bar. The paths need a little maintenance but they are upgrading all the cottages so hopefully the prices don’t go up. Staff are awesome, location with in walking distance to everywhere.

Asked to change rooms as aircon wasn't working. Moved to an old cottage without too many problems (just for one night), then into a more suitable cottage. We've stayed here many, many times. Love the buffet breakfast, proximity to main street, shops, restaurants and bars. Right on the beach and also several swimming pools. Some parts of the resort looking a little tired, but there is a lot of renovation taking place.

Perfect spot for a family holiday”
Booked a family cottage. The cottages are older so they are not the most modern however they are reasonably spacious comfy and clean. It is also nice and quiet even with the refurbishments going on it never once interrupted us. Very friendly staff.

Have stayed many times before and always been allocated a villa near to the Beach or pool. This time ordered a superior villa, rather than the lower priced standard villa, but were put at the back of the park. Apparently Superior means less than standard at this hotel! Won't be back

The Real Feeling Of Bali”
This is a space filled with beautiful Balinese gardens and overall serenity. It has every facility and is a short walk to wonderful beachfront restaurants and the Sanur beach. I chose this area because I have been lucky enough to spend time here before. The only disappointment was that considerable renovation is occurring and it would have been nice to have that on hotel description before I booked.I have been told this will be completed by May. Hopefully the character of this area will not be lost by modernisation.

The cottages are a lovely alternative to regular hotel rooms. they are set in delightful gardens. Beautiful sunrises ,the perfect place to relax and read a book, an escape from the ordinary. Great place ,book it now, you won't regret it.

Location was very good, little old”
We stayed at Inna Beach resort in Sanur in june 2022 for 3 nights. The location was on the beach. The beds were not bad the pillow was nice. Not as clean as we would have liked, but when we asked them to clean it they did it , without a problem. Was difficult for the taxi to find due to renovation. Breakfast was nice. Friendly people.

Fantastic grounds and pools, staff are slow to attend as we stayed in a cottage at the far side of the resort. Is a bit run down and old but great value for money and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Lovely authentic Balinese hotel”
Beautiful gardens, lovely staff. Renovations going on near pool so can’t really use. Bathrooms dated by we loved the family cottages. We don’t go to Bali for concrete jungles. Would stay here again.

Will never stay again, run down and old. Towels grey and thin. Toilet blocked and no water pressure but they did fix when it was reported but had to go overnight with not being able to use toilet. Should of been offered another toom. Tv flickering on and off. Property has so much potential to be amazing if it gets a big update.

Strategic location but old facilities”
Once upon a time this hotel was the pride of the Indonesian government in the 60s through the 90s. The Grand Inna Bali had its share of splendor for official state visitors and tourists in general (except backpackers). Now it has lost it's charms. Their front beach and pool is dirty and unorganized. Trash everywhere, strayed dogs running around with no signs of vaccine free of rabbies. Facilities in the hotel is very average (2 star), bathrooms and closets in superior rooms badly need an upgrade, if not redesign to upscale. But deluxe rooms are in better condition, almost like a brand new 3 star hotel. Though it is still published as 4 or 5 star, needs to be corrected. It is a two star with strategic and expansive property. A big chunk of the hotel is under major renovations. In two years time, you may not get $ 60 to 70/night anymore. The hotel will be upgraded to a 6 star resort and an international standard hospital is being built within the hotel property. Not sure ehat they will do with the golf course. This is a huge property. So again, this time only the old cottages are open; superior and deluxe rooms. If you want affordable and strategic location, then choose their deluxe rooms. You can negotiate the price. The hotel is within walking distance from Port Sanur incase you want to cross the strait to Nusa Penida. Surely, Sanur is close to Denpasar and Renon. Not far to Jimbaran or Seminyak where all the attractions are. Breakfast was very average, not too bad. In case you need to eat in the evening, you can order food from their restaurant (room service), the taste is not so bad. The staffs are trying hard to please customers. They also feel bad for the conditions of the hotel because this belongs to the Indonesian State Owned Enterprise so it takes time plus the beaureaucracy back and forth to get approvals for things moving forward. But in two years time this hotel will be back to its glory. The cottages will be repaired after two years. Mind you, s

Beautiful gardens with an abundance of space. Right on the beach with a short walk to excellent local beach restaurants who cater for every food option you ask for - vegan and food allergy friendly. The rooms are well tired, roughly maintained but they are refurbishing, so eventually they will be great. The draw card was the choice of three pools or the ocean to swim in everyday, the kids were happy. The reduced price we paid was still over priced for our rooms given the condition and there are better hotels in the same area for the same price or cheaper.
