Great hotel in a fantastic location ”
This hotel is very well located and only a few mins away from mini markets, tourist agencies, restaurants and bars. But its also quiet at night so you don’t get disturbed. The room is a decent size with a balcony, good air con and a decent hot shower. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are clean. The guy doing the painting and maintenance is excellent and I had a few good chats with him. They offer free water in reception and kettle and mugs in the room although they do not have any tea or coffee so you will need to bring your own. The property does not offer breakfast. Although they have a visible kitchen in the reception area for staff. The staff are friendly and are able to book transfers and tours for your at reasonable prices. There is also a tourist agency next door. The hotel also offers a laundry service which is very handy. My only negative is that the internet is terrible! They seem to be using a pay as you go system and they very rarely have any data so we were without internet in the rooms for a couple of days and when it worked it wasn’t very good. Guests would usually sit in reception and try and use the internet there which was also hit and miss. It’s sad Because everything else was very good and this is a very simple fix. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place, but please sort out the internet and make the guests even happier.

Homey Inngo”
This place is a thrift pick as we will be having our tours during our stay here. We did not expect too much but this place surprised us. The staff is very accomodating and very welcoming. We also loved the aura of the place and the facilities like the sampayan area, coffee/smoking tables outside the room and the room itself (the bed, cabinets, electric kettle & big consideration to the bathroom, it's so clean and the space is enough plus they have a heater PERFECT!!) The wifi is also good. The owner is also very approachable. They will help you contact motor rentals or van tranpsorts. The place is near the dock area for tours. We really loved the place! 💗

The best Hotel in town”
I’m always super happy to stay in INNGO Tourist in!!! The personal is super friendly and helps you in every issue! The rooms are super clean and with own bath, hot water, Aircon and veranda! It’s only 50 m to the beach. The owner is super friendly the towels are real towels and every day new available. For that what you pay you get much more back. My resume PERFECT

Exceptional”
I like that the place gave off an intimate, private feeling despite it being located within the center (we chose the room with balcony and it felt intimate). The place is always clean as the staff cleans everyday without you telling them to make up your room. We'll book here again if we come back to El Nido.

Budget-friendly but excellent service”
Inngo Tourist Inn is a good value for money. They cleaned and changed our beddings and sheets everyday during our stay. They have excellent laundry service. The clothes were cleaned and smelled really great for only 120 pesos/ kilo. The breakfast is not included but you could order at the reception and they would deliver it to your room. It could have been ever better if it was a beachfront however it is 5-minute on foot to the beach. They guided us where to book our ferry and told us the on going fare rate. The internet in the lobby was good but in the room it was a bit bad so if you want to do some work go upstairs the connection is good there.

Booked 2 nights and decided to extend, Inngo offered the best location with the view of the bay and the end of Hama st. w/c is like the strip where you will find restaurants, souvenir stores, and other hotels; one can reach the beach in 2 minutes walk. The place itself was homey w/ a garden beneath a tall tree where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while surfing the net. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Better than we thought ”
We had a lot of difficulty to choose the hotel in El Nido. This one was the choice and we didn't regret. The location is wonderful...far away from the confusion, but really near of everything. The rooms are basic, but clean. The staff is very kind.

Solid spot for a few nights in El Nido”
We liked the location on the edge of town as it was walkable to all the restaurants and activities but quieter. The staff were very nice and helpful organizing our island hopping tours making planning seamless. The rooms were small but clean sans a few ants. The WiFi wasn’t great and not really usable most of the time but that may be true everywhere on El Nido. All in all a solid place for a couple nights to do your island hopping tours from.

We had a nice time in El Nido, Inngo's Location was near to where the tour drop off points, eateries and stores but far from the hustle and bustle. You will still have a peaceful night/sleep. We appreciate the helpful staff, as they have accomodated all our requests from the reservation of van transfers, cleaning our rooms etc. They also offer cheaper rates of tours but rest assured the services were good. I hope the management will look into the ACs as they already a bit noisy and not cold enough even if you set it in the coldest option. Thus we came into the conclusion that was the reason for thin blankets. As they provide thin and small blanket not really enough for 2 persons. (There's a minimal fee for the extra blanket).They provide coffee, water and toiletries everyday. And we always come back from the tours with clean and newly stocked room. We had a nice time with Inngo and El Nido.

Epic Fail”
First and foremost Thank you to Ms. Jenn for taking care of us and all our needs. Internet SUCKS! big time, no entertaining options inside the room like tv at least with cable, no water heater. My data connection to the web is better than the one being offered by the property. My job heavily relies on the net, then they have a non-working internet connection. If you are a digital nomad, this is not the best place for you. But then again, the staff is by far one of the best, just the facility that greatly affected my 5 days worth of work.

Asked to charge 50php for an extra sheet. Sheet that was on bed was a single and we were 2 people. Electrical wire just hanging from wall and no TV fixed. Limited hot water and no.wifi in room

Our rooms has a bed and sheet, blanket and pillows, it also has towels for two. This is included in your per night fee. Asking for additional blankets is not free. The bathroom has a functional water heater, its need to turn the knob to reach the right heat. WIFI is in public area only. The TV is not included in our amenities, the cable that hangs on the wall is indeed for the TV but it is only in advance in case we add the TV to our amenities Please accept our apologies, for our shortcomings.
