Pricey but solid choice for El Nido.”
It's not far from the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. There's not really any hot water but that's not too uncommon or unexpected for the Philippines. Very nice place and should accommodate most Western needs of tourists unused to hotels in the Philippines. Access to the beach is right out front of the hotel.
Thank you very much for taking time to leave your comment. We are so glad that you’ve been pleased during your last stay. We are very sorry for the bad experience you’ve encountered. And yet, we have hot water. We hope to see you again. Best regards, Justine Anne
•Room is impressive but we did have another guest staying (a spider lol). Noteworthy, the room is big compared to other accommodations in El Nido. •Bathroom is squeaky clean. •The staff are hospitable and helpful enough to assist us on our concerns. However, the front desk should be frequented. •Entrance to the hotel may be confusing and the road to the hotel is quite muddy when we stayed there.
Nothing special about the amenities but room is comfortable. Unfortunately we got a room with broken air-condition, management was kind enough to transferred us to another room. CR was clean. Location was perfect. It was near the beach, restaurants, El Nido Tours pick up point and in front of Tricycles. Staff was also kind! Highly recommended.
Inggo Inn is very well located. I booked 5 rooms its like a villa very nice . The wifi is non existing inside our room . Staff is not helpful, snobbish and lack of courtesy. The staff didn’t smile or even greet us good morning or whatever. Although the place is nice but Im not going back to stay at this place.
Thank you for taking your time to reviews us. Review such like yours help us a lot to improve our services. We appreciate your positive comment in our location, rooms and happy to inform you that all rooms you occupied has already WiFi as of now. Please accept our apology for our shortcomings. Kind regards Domingo
If you're asking for too much it's not for you”
You can't go wrong if all you need is a clean and comfortable hotel to crash at night. We spent majority of our time outside the hotel doing tours and exploring, the only thing that is missing is a fridge but you are going to be surrounded with mini stores that provides all the essentials so it's not a big deal looking for cold refreshment. Very good location and it's close to the docks where El Nido tours starts.
I stayed at this property with my family for 5 days and we booked 2 rooms. Like every property/attraction has pros and cons. PROS: Close to the restaurants and the beach. Approx 300 m from the restos and across the beach. Rooms were clean. Basic toiletries included. Tv works fine, includes some english movie channels. Very accommodating staff, and helpful. Offers free parking for scooters. Rooms were cleaned by housekeeping on the 3rd day. CCTV cameras in all floors. Common seating area in all floors. They also offer free Wifi access at the lobby area. If you are using a pocket wifi instead, Smart telco signal is mostly 3G, sometimes 4G. Not sure with Globe. Smoking is allowed only at the ground floor. Very useful is the balcony where you can dry your clothes and towels (they have racks and hangers). Oh, and they also offer tours. Tricycle stand is just in front of the hotel, which you can hire and go to Nacpan Beach (please see my separate review for attraction).. not sure how much it costs. CONS: Aircon in room C2 located in the 3rd floor was not working properly. Unfortunately staff wasn't able to fix it and we couldn't move to a different room because they said that hotel was fully booked. Owner/manager apologized and they promised they will have it repaired soon. Unfortunately we already paid in full via Agoda so it was like a fan room for the entire stay. The other room was ok, a/c unit working fine. Also, there was a weird smell in the bathroom (like mold) and shower doesnt have a shower curtain so there was always water in the bathroom floor.. but it was not a big issue. Things to consider: if you don't mind walking for 300m from the restos without compromising cleanliness, comfort and ambiance, this is a good place to stay. If you are travelling with kids and/or elderly, better if you can contact directly the accommodation to get a room near the lobby or lower floor. Unfortunately I did not contact them and was travelling with seniors, and it w
Value for money , good location ”
Just FYI ,There is no hairdryer provided but everything else is good. There is towel, toiletries, and it's a super spacious room. Beware of mosquitoes though, don't leave your room door open too often. The location is just great , close by to the beach and to all the yummy food!
InnGo Tourist Inn has exceeded my expectations in an accommodation in El Nido - reasonable price, very clean & spacious room, toilet & shower is clean with hot water that actually works, friendly, helpful & accommodating staff. This is my 2nd time in El Nido and enjoyed it more than the first.
Get just off the main strip! ”
This is a gem! It's right at the end of the main strip, so you're close to everything but not in the middle of the noise. We stayed in the newer portion of the hotel, and it was always very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were very kind (shoutout to Kuya Chris for being so funny, kind and helpful). The staff also booked both of our tours on the morning of, as the weather looked iffy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!
Very helpful staff, maybe one of the best cheap hotels in El Nido”
Pros: clean room, very good quality of matress, pillows and bed sheets, hot shower, AC and fan, very close to the sea and to the departure point for island hopping, very nice people at front desk and cleaning staff. Cons: I slept 2 nights in a small room, good bed, but very small space for luggage, and outside temp being very hot, you need using AC during night, which blows cold air very close to your body and may cause health problems if you are sensible. The last 3 nights we moved to a very large and nice room, a little bit more expensive ( it totally deserved the money). .Unfortunately new room very humid, so all clothes got wet and heavy- problem for clothes and for flight (baggage allowance). The third disappointing aspect: the inn consists of 3 buildings separated by dirty places ; instead of a nice garden that you should expect, you find a wall covered with mould, a storage place with empty dirty bottles and a lot of strings with hanging wet clothes from a laundry.
Glad to see this local business steadily growing.”
I first stayed in Inngo back in 2015, just looking for a place to stay in El Nido that would let me pay using a credit card. I was cash-strapped back then, and thought Inngo had fairly good amenities for their price point. I left them a review saying Inngo was excellent value for money, because apart from their facilities being new and well-maintained, the service was par excellence. There were some hiccups, sure -- aircon barely cooled our room, shower area was a little too dim for my liking and had weak water pressure, no water heater, no WiFi -- but for the price I paid, I really couldn't complain. I thought them to be the best bang-for-your-buck accommodation option in El Nido town proper. Fast forward to 2017, and I wound up going to the "wrong" Inngo site. Turns out that since 2015, they've aggressively expanded, and now have a brand new building just steps away from their first site which is now where they house budget travelers. In their new wing, Inngo addressed all the little hiccups I listed earlier. Their rooms were all brand new and well-kept, the bed was more comfortable than what I remember, the bathroom was fitted with quality amenities and now had hot water, and they now offer WiFi with decent speeds in their lobby area. They may not have a fridge in their rooms but they have a communal one near reception. It seems they've thought of every single thing a smart but practical traveler would need, and planned accordingly. Inngo helped coordinate our transportation to and from El Nido, alongside our daily tours. They got these at a good price too, lower than standard value perhaps because we visited during the low season. Irene, who works at the reception area, is a rockstar. Responsive to emails, quick to assist. I regret forgetting the name of his male coworker, but the other fellow who covers the night shift at reception -- he to is quick to look after guests' needs. One unfortunate incident that occurred to us during our stay was that our aircond
Maybe over priced”
Very new and clean place with great staff, but with no breakfast it is quite pricy as hostels in el nido offer buffets included. Nice area away from the noise of the centre of the town. Like i said just the price is abit steep for the stay.
It is really nice and clean and a very good location. But I really think it's over priced as they don't include breakfast and the wifi is terrible. Most hostels in el nido include an unlimited breakfast for $15 dollars a night
Nice hotel. New and very clean. The best we had in El Nido”
We stayed in 3 different hotels in El Nido and this one was from far the best we had. The hotel looks new and is really clean. The room is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is good as well. The staff is helpful and contrary to the other hotels they don't always try to sell you tours. The location is great at 5 minutes walking distance from everything. There is also a nice view from outside the room on the bay. Would 've great if they could also had a breakfast though. WiFi only at the lobby.
OK for the price ”
Nothing to shout about. Basic and liveable. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is good. Don't like noisy guests at common area till late in the night especially when you need to wake up early for island hopping the next day.
Feels like home!”
There's no TV in the room. Air-con works well and toilet is really clean. However, there's no housekeeping during our stay (not sure if this is pure coincidence or because it's essentially an inn instead of a hotel). Staff (including the security guard at night) are friendly; always there to answer your question about local eatery, shopping and activities. The boss is super-friendly!! Best for budget traveller who spend most of the time out and only late night sleeping in the room.
No Hot water for Shower”
Easy check in, room was cool, comfortable and clean. Upon having a shower the water was just just above cold, I thought it might have run out, but it was the same next day, I informed the reception that the shower water was cold and they would look into it. Day 3 Morning water was cold (just above cold) I was annoyed got dressed and demanded answers as why there is no hot water. I demanded a refund for the last day as I was going to check out due to no hot water, so the manager came and said that the shower water is hot and is normal, I replied that the shower water is not hot and that it’s not good enough. The manager started to tell me the costs of running Air conditioning, electricity, Bla Bla Bla, I’m not interested in his costs, you advertise then you should supply accordingly. He refunded me a little over 1000 peso which was to cover for not having hot water, would not refund 1 night, He said you take it up with AGODA ., And definitely will not return to Inngo Inn
Thank you for reviewing us. They are greatly appreciated. Jenn
Clean, near to the restaurants and a minute from the beach!”
It is in town proper but not in the middle of the action. Literally a minute away from the beach, you can watch the sunset. The staffs are really keeping the hotel very clean and they attend to everything that you may need! Highly recommended! :)
Good value, nice location, still a bit noisy.”
Stayed here Oct 2018 for 2 nights. Easy to find, staff cleans common areas often, have drying racks on each floor for wet clothes, rooms are simple, but offer free bottled water, hot water kettle and powdered coffee. Internet in-room and common areas. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. A/C, floor and ceiling fan all working. Even though not directly beachfront, only 2 minute walk to the beach. Cons, a bit away from the huzzle and buzzle, it is still noisy. Shower drain was clogged in room C1. Would stay again. Excellent value for the money.
We had a great stay for 5 nights here. Particularly enjoyed the coffee in our room and glad to have air con as it was very humid. Bathroom is basic but overall the room had all we needed and nice to sit on the balcony with a few beers. Staff always happy to help and friendly faces :)
