Decent option for a night or two in Cape Town”
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall it was a pleasant experience. Really recommended from that perspective. Only two items were a downside One is the breakfast - really not worth it. Half of it was stale or old. Save your money there and head off somewhere else for breakfast. Two - Parking. There is none. You can park at a shopping center not far from the hotel but take the cost of the parking into consideration.
Excellent and friendly ”
The hotel staff were super friendly and were able to help with all our needs. The hotel itself was super trendy and wouldn’t be out of place in East London. The rooms were spacious and bed super comfy. There was a slight smell in the bathroom but for 2 nights it didn’t offend us.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, it really makes all the difference ”
On arrival one of the team walked with me to get a local SIM card and showed me where to exchange cash safely.
VERY NICE ESTABLISHMENT”
Excellent place , very good breakfast. Our only complaint was the Backpackers next door , partying until 4am in the morning . The owners need to do something about that.
Staff very nice and friendly + helpful.
Don't judge a book by its cover!”
Alright, InnsCape looks great on the photo (and in person) but the service is terrible! First of all, they won't tell you that you have to pull the door of your room before leaving to actually lock it. Then, the breakfast is exactly the same each day. Even the croissants, cheese etc. will be served twice. When friendly asked for either coffee or tea, they will charge you for ordering a cappuccino. The personnel at night look like some - grumpy - bouncers of a club. And, to top it all of: we got a fine for un-/loading right in front of the hotel as instructed by one of the employees but they wouldn't even take responsibility for it. So we left in anger and had by far the worst stay of our three week trip through South Africa.
The FO girl help me a lot in my stay, find a hair dryer and put my parent next to my room”
I. The room (104) sink have stuck and the water cannot go, in my opinion hotel knows that there have a problem of it as the tap came lesser water than other room. But I think it is a must to fix it 2. The towels are too old just like unclean although I knew they have already washed, I think thise need to replace a new one 3. In Agoda we have already requested two rooms next together. At first they said our rooms were separated, but at last they help us to put our room next door. And my parents like the room very much :)
Great value hotel, perfect breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff
I moved out 4 nites early”
I booked in full for 6 nites, but stayed only 2. the hotel was too noisy for me to sleep. They need to fix the loud, slamming elevator door. Also, it would be good if there were a plug (outlet) other than the reading lamp, so one could charge a phone and read at the same time.
The best hospitality, good location”
I travelled solo and first time in Cape Town. The location is good, walking distance to many tourist sites, modest breakfast and caring host. Michelle, one of the hosts made my short stay memorable as she made excellent suggestions and arrangements to ensure I get to do what I wanted to do safely. Initially, I chose this hotel due to its location - walking distance from the City Hall, where the Slave Route Challenge started. Turns out as a great place, super friendly staffs & value for money!
a small hotel in centrally located in city area, business surrounding
5 Day Break”
Excellent location, very helpful staff, rooms exceptionally clean, hotel ‘kooky’ in design, nothing too much trouble for reception staff, plenty of choice for breakfast. Our opinion for any improvements would be to have a fridge in rooms, but otherwise top marks!
Hotel was nicely designed and clean -- but it was in the city centre”
Though the Long Road is in the city centre and seemed like the ideal place to be, we found it quite scary and dangerous to walk around the area. A lot of people approached us for money and sometimes even followed us. This hotel was very nice, especially if you get the top floor. Breakfast was good too. It's ideal if you plan to take a tour everyday with drop off ready.
Absolutely fabulous ”
Best place to stay in Cape Town, convenient location, helpful staff and good value for money. Thank you all at Innscape I had a wonderful stay you were all too lovely, helpful and a happy bunch and I will be back soon 💕💖
Great location to walk to V&A waterfront and restaurants on Long Street. Easy to get Uber. Super responsive staff and friendly. Room was very clean and actually a nice size. We were right above the lobby on Castle Street side where you might think the noise would be bad but we were not affected by it. The breakfast is great. It's a re-book situation for sure.
InnsCape on Castle”
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we checked in in the morning hours before the scheduled check in time, but the staff were soo understanding and they allowed us to check in early. The parking space was disappointing as it is in the middle of the city. No view was also disappointing as we had street view and was little noisy from outside/streets. Location was convenient and could walk to most places in town. The price included breakfast, even though the eggs were oily & the choice was limited, over all experience with breakfast was good. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone going for a quick holiday on budget.
Parking was not available. Lots of surrounding noise ”
Staff was good and rooms where nice.
Inns ape on castle”
Great architecture in my room with original beams and plumbing exposed under a very high ceiling. A balcony which to enjoy a chat with friends on summer evenings. Super cooperative manager who doesn’t blink an eye when you arrive early. Great coffee shop below that also provides an excellent breakfast.
many things to improve: - no hairdryer in the bathroom (it's a 4-star hotel !) - no AC - noise from the street
立地も観光客には最高で、ケープタウン駅から近く、District Six Museumやthe castle of good hopeなども徒歩十分ほどで行ける。
