The Hotel when staying in Utrecht”
The service of the staff are great and friendly throughout the stay. We initially arrived with the pool having technical issues but they resolved it right away by the end of the day. One of the really nice rooftop pool and skyline view in the country. There are towels always available. Love the lounge chairs. Pool area was warm and with an outdoor deck. Pool temperature was just right. The gym, Sauna and steam room are also clean & well presented. Communal spaces are mostly clean and tidy. The room , bath, shower and toilet are well appointed and done at a high standard. I was just disappointed with the dust on the bedside tables & lack of charging point on the other side of the bed. There was just one charging point beside the bed. I like the interior design as well. The train track view was really nice. Definitely 👍🏻! Enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel located near Utrecht central station”
The hotel location is superb, considering that hoog catharijne is just located mere minutes walk away. The Central station was also nearby and all the areas of attraction such as dom tower, museum, cathedral are all within a walking distance. Room is very spacious and clean and amenities such as hair dryer etc are all in the room. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at cafe are also priced at a reasonable price with a good variety spread of items. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an accommodation in Utrecht!

Room was spacious and comfort. Location was at central while you can connect train go shopping walking to explore the town. It's was surprised that has staff who can speak Thai and yet very friendly

It was located just a short walk from the train station, almost right next to it. We found this to be very convinient as we could easily walk to various places within the city center. Room was clean and spacious, and the staffs were really friendly and welcoming.

The rooms weren't amazing but good enough. However, the facilities for the price were excellent, swimming pool, sauna and steam room on the top floor and the breakfast was excellent. I'll use again next time i'm in Utrecht

Modern hotel that feels new. Great location, friendly service, family room is a huge suite with two bedrooms (note: smaller one has no windows), two bathrooms and a separate living room. Had a good price on agoda too! Recommended

Close to the central station, AH supermkt is nearby, spacious room with good noise prone, but no one tidy up the bed or collect the rubbish even we light up the "tidy up" sign , don't know why !
