The room itself is great. It is good for max of 3 persons. The property location is at least 10 minutes walk from the nearest JR Station (Tennoji Station). Not much food outlet near the surrounding of property location, but there are many food outlets near the train station. The place is very dark at night and not much of pedestrians.

The best apartment the I never found. I love it. This is not exaggerate but it is true that I can touch that.

Facility is good, while sound proof is very poor. No fixed door for one of the room, and all walls are made in wood. Cannot fall asleep for half of the time spent there, due to noise from above and outside. Staff is not responsive via online tools. Keybox is even missing when arrived, which kept the whole family waiting.. Only phone can reach them. I left sth in the room but till now no staff replied to me. Would say bit disappointing.

I requested a hair dryer (which is something mentioned as facility) but my email (in english) got ignored. Meanwhile, when I asked a japanese to ask for my reservation status, the response seems to be professional enough. So perhaps language problem? Love the mickey mouse theme though.

The slippers aren't so nice - tatami ones or disposable ones would feel less used & icky. We took some old socks to wear just in case and were glad we did. There were some minor oversights in the cleaning, but overall very spacious, comfortable and extremely cheap. I'd be happy to stay there again...my wife maybe less so.

The place was amazing. A bit far from the train station but it is surrounded by food establishments and convenience store. My only concern is it was hard to reach the owner about urgent concerns. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

the space is considerably big in japan, the unit equips with small kitchenette and cooking utensils, washing machine and powders, considerably close to two train / subway stations within 10 mins walking distance.

couldn't find any staff to talk with about the self check-in. the phone numbers on Agoda and the confirmation email aren't correct. spent three hours trying to get in our room, and after we finally got in, it was so disappointing. the room is spacious, but not functional as an apartment, and it was so dirty. won't recommend to anyone at all.

整個是還ok，敗在暖氣真的一點都不暖。”

廚房洗衣機樣樣設備都有，唯一缺點就是暖氣一點都不暖早上都快冷死，整潔方面不是很乾淨～我們還拿吸塵器出來吸⋯熱水是加壓的3人以上住最好不要泡澡會沒熱水～我們第一天入住1個泡澡後就沒熱水。
