i made the right choise, not only for the location but also for the friendly staff, in order to assist me with the business meeting last week ; it was a succes and my guests were delited with the presentation and the snacks I ordered during the meeting. My room was very clean and ready up on arrival; Will be back for the next meeting next year. Got harbour vieuw insteat city much appriciated.

Great stay with great view”
Travelled as a couple and enjoyed every moment of the stay. Room was clean, staffs were friendly. Wide variety of buffet breakfast and in room dining was great too. Enjoyed the excellent view of the full harbour. Will definitely stay here again.

Delayed move overseas”
Having to wait for a visa to take up a new job overseas and having given yup the rent of my flat here I decided to stay at this hotel. The staff and kind and attentive. Actually over attentive for me as I do not like having my table cleared every time I finish a dish. However, all the staff called me by name and always did their best to accommodate my requests. The breakfast buffet was exclellent and the hotel facilities were great until the pool and gym were closed by the government due to covid 19.

Nice room for business meeting”
I was working for a few days in Hk for business meetings in which I had to attend zoom meeting all the time. This hotel was very big and comfortable. The table was suitable for office meeting and the bathroom was pretty roomy and clean

I travel to Hong Kong 4 times a year ! We really hope things get back to normal &we start traveling soon. This is a beautiful place, I feel at home...because i always stay for about 8/10 nights! Insha Allah will come back soon.

Exceptional”
I asked to check in earlier since I needed to transit from another hotel (check out time for another hotel was 11am). I called the customer service hotline and in the end I was able to check in at 12pm in this hotel which is amazing, super nice service and they also provided me with higher level with bathtub.

I have never been in a hotel with such a good service. Front desk are patient and polite. They upgraded me to a room with nice view and they tried to fulfill what customer needs with a really good attitude. Looking forward to visit next time !

Great location and services”
They allowed us to have a late checkout to 2pm (maybe is weekday), it’s really good to have a late check out since we checked in at around 6pm the day before. Also, the location is quite convenient and close to MTR station. But my room doesn’t have any sea view.

Excellent service, very friendly, helpful staff. Great location, the room was great had a super view of the harbour. Will definitely stay there again. The buffet dinner at Cafe was excellent too.

Loved my harbour view - worth every cent and much more reasonably priced than inside Victoria Harbour. Central location with lovely walk along the waterfront. Amazing breakfast.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Very clean and very friendly staff. However, we ordered a pizza for in-room-dining. It was terrible. The pizza was of very low quality, which you could get it from any other pizza outlets outside with very cheap price. Hope the restaurant providing the pizzas at the hotel note this and make improvement.
