Not worth of the value”
We arrived the hotel by 3.30pm and by the time they still didn't have any available room for us. We asked if we can have late check out BC of the delay and they refused. After that they asked us to go executive lounge to take a break and wait for the room. When we reached to executive lounge there was also no table available for us. Totally not acceptable that they just kicked us from lobby to executive lounge. We waited until 5pm and they still didn't have any room for us. We went to the reception of executive lounge and they still said they didn't have room for us and we asked them then what's the compensation in this case - all they did is "KEPT QUIET" and ignore my question. We then asked the other staff to give us the phone number of their legal Dept and finally they sent someone to deal with this. Totally unbelievable about the service and staff communication skills in this so called six star hotel. Not worth of the value, the room is also super average!

看在服務人員upgrade的份上，我不忍給太低的評價，但是付出的住宿費與得到的服務實在反差太大，除了一睹人工礦坑旅館的壯麗與人工智能小度外，其他的無法與錦江湯臣洲際大酒店相比，此外它距離上海市區還很遠且附近的景點要另外收費，被父母抱怨沒啥好玩的，最後晚上的水舞秀也搞砸了......我糾結很久決定還是給負評

現場沒照片美，房內設計優雅筒約，有Hermès 風格。拍美照一定要去樂園棧道。早餐的西式麵包超好吃，中式的不行。漁火餐廳很特別，如果不差錢的一定要去體驗。總體來說，有錢任性的必去一游。
