Hotel rooms are very spacious and provide sufficient outlets for most devices to be connected. WiFi strength was great. Location is superb - within 15-20 minutes walking distance to most sites and train station right across the street that will get you everywhere if you prefer not to walk. Train also is convenient to connect to CAT line getting you to/from Vienna Int’l Airport in about 30 minutes.

Stayed here for 6nights, and the staffs were amazingly friendly. Wide range of Breakfast from hummus to miso soup. Somehow seems like they arrange lots of events, so the hotel seems crowded and lively. The torte in the ground floor bar tastes very good. Also the view from the room was skate rink, which always gave vivid and festive feeling. Recommeded for tourists!

Amazing service, quality rooms, great breakfast, wonderful" This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Comfort Suites hotels for the rest of our trip. The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific. The room was beautiful and well-equipped. When I forgot my card-key and needed to ask for my room number at the desk, the front desk clerk asked me some security questions before giving me a new key card for my room. This was a great hotel at a great price.

There was a wonderful breakfast buffet which would surely accommodate any adult or child's likes or needs. The restaurant was very good. And room service was prompt, well-served and delicious. If this sounds like an enthusiastic review, you should realize that it's the first one I've ever written of a hotel. This place was a find!

Execellent experience!”
My wife and I were a bit worried because it was our first time traveling with our little baby, but from the hotel point of view - it was a very good experience. They provided us a baby bed which was just perfect and a baby chair for breakfast. The (classic) room is spacious and the view to the park was marvelous. The breakfast was top notch including various of cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fruits, cakes, cereals, eggs, side dishes, salads, muffins, fish and juices (There is a juicer!). The staff was kind and generous (We were about to start a day and didn't realize it was raining, so one of the stuff ran after us just to give us umbrellas). The location is really good - 10 minutes walking from the heart of the city. The design of the hotel is classic and beautiful (and I prefer more of a modern type) with giant golden-shining chandeleers. To summarize, the hotel exceeded our expectations and you should very much consider staying in it.

Good Location and spacious room”
The hotel is just across the U-bahn station and the park. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and attractions. I was a bit dumbfounded when the bellboy asked us if we need help to bring the luggage to our room, instead of offering to help instantly (we were travelling for 2 weeks so our luggage wasn't very small). Didn't experience or expect it from a 4-5 stars hotel. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Perfectly satisfactory hotel stay; well maintained property for a european hotel despite not being that attractive on the outside. Concierge are willing and able to assist with information, bookings and recommendations. Particularly happy with Room cleaning and service lacking frequently, with items such as bathrobes removed for cleaning and not returned. Towels very rough!

Just not worth it”
For the intercontinental, it was frankly disappointing. The room was very hot , even on the brink of winter and couldn’t get any relief. The staff said one thing and did another. There was no luggage support at the entrance. They all just looked at us and then didn’t raise a finger. I expected so much more from this hotel.

Good location, 15 mins walk to main shopping and historic square. Quite. Only problem is a mattress of bed. It seems that very old until the coil of each side of double bed mattress are lower than middle. Should change the mattress. Otherwise all good.
