    Such a good experience”

    I wanted to find an affordable and safe place and i found this place and made a reservation. Their location is so nice. It’s close from Empire state building, Penn station(+moynihan train hall) and K town etc. also it’s chelsea so very safe. I really liked it. Employees were very friendly and nice too. They were ready to help tourists. They also have water purifier and offer breakfast. Room was a bit small but very cozy and good for staying one night. Their bathrooms were clean and they have shampoo and body wash gel inside shower rooms too. It was a nice experience!

    Bestest Experience Ever !!!”

    Location of this is perfect as its very budgeted place in the mid of Manhattan where anyone can walk down to the Times-Square, Subway, Amtrak and many more places. It also has common area where we get to eat some tasty vegetarian food for free. The staff is really really helpful, jolly, and nice to talk to.

    The only down point was hearing the other sleepers, but the staff provides noise cancelers and those were good!

    Excellent location near the best connected metro station in Manhattan. However, what you pay is what you get, the "room" is small, a tall person would have to bend to fit in the bed/room. The rooms have a wooden mesh instead of a roof so you can hear the snoring neighbors. I would think that the bathrooms are quite limited for the number of rooms but somehow I never had to wait.

    Excellent location and staff very co-operative and supportive with breakfast all the day available. On the other hand pod room is very small and with out roof. Noise coming from from all around. On this cost it is satisfactory option in NY city

    Great location and if you're looking for literally a bed at a cheap rate then this is for you. Staying for 7 nights was probably a stretch and may suit best for the short term visit (1-2 days) and I will be heading back to YMCA next time I visit NYC. Not awful but I guess an acquired taste which mainly met my purposes but I think would be below what most travellers would be looking for. And if you're looking for privacy think again as the trellis in [place of a ceiling over each pod means you can pretty much hear everything going on in all the other 'rooms'

    ほんとに狭いが、この価格でマンハッタンの中心部、マディソンスクエアガーデン前なら仕方ない。大柄な人は不向きです。（ヘビー級の体重、185cmを超える身長） スタッフのジェミ？だったかな。日本文化に詳しく、よく話しかけてくれました。 なんやかんやありますが、私は２泊だけだったので、旅の思い出とするなら、まずまずです。 個人差ありますが、狭いのが苦手な方は、NGです。ブルックリンまで広げて宿探しをおすすめします。地下鉄で意外とすぐですし。

    チェックインより早めの到着、荷物だけ置かせてもらいすぐに外出しました。スタッフさんは日本好きのジェミーさん、三島由紀夫、きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ、パフューム、野茂英雄など色々とお話してくださいました。 ウォターサーバー本当ありがたかったです。 マンハッタン、ど真ん中で水でさえも高いので。部屋は本当寝るだけですしトイレとお風呂も男女共有ですが そこを気にしない、割り切れる人ならオススメです。私の場合はコンサートの為に滞在したのでほぼホテルに居ないという状況だったのでホテル料金を抑えられて本当に助かりました。スタッフさんはみんな良い人です。他のお客さんにも朝にちょろっと会いますがほぼ私は会うタイミングは無かったですしシャワーも余裕で浴びれました。アゴダて予約してからの空港からの行き方とかも親身にメールくれたり初めてのNYを安心して過ごすことができました。

    マンハッタンはホテルがかなり高額なので、費用は抑えられたと思います。ペン・ステーションから近いので、空港からの移動は楽でした。個室で荷物の管理はしやすかったですし、寝具も清潔で寝るためだけなら十分です。シリアルやフルーツがいつでも食べられて、ウォーターサーバーが設置されているのもありがたかったです。 シャワー、トイレ、洗面所がひとつの部屋にまとまっていて男女共有です。冷房がかなり効いており、私には寒かったです。4泊しましたが、隣の部屋のいびきがうるさくて寝られない日が1日ありました。2階に上がる階段が急でやや長いです。あと、用事がある時は管理人の電話を鳴らすことになっているのですが、スマホは通話ができず、他の宿泊者に電話を借りました。 全体的にコストパフォーマンスは良かったと思います。また利用したいです！

    安くしたいけどドミトリーはちょっとと言う方に”

    NYのホテルはとにかく高くて無理！でもドミトリーは気を使うしうるさいし。 ここはドミトリーに毛が生えたくらいの狭さだけど一応個人の空間が分けられてて、もちろんうるさくしたら筒抜けなんだけど、ドアをバタンと閉めたりすると、スタッフにすかさず注意されます。だから皆、最低限そう言うとこは気を使うので、夜うるさくて眠れない、なんて事はありません。 一日中食べ物が食べられるようになってるのも嬉しい。パンとかコーンフレークとかフルーツとかね！貧乏旅行なのでだいぶ助けられました🎵

    Basically it’s a capsule hotel. Your room has campartment walls like restroom stalls and open ceiling. Staff are friendly services are nice but you will inventably hear noise from other guests during the night
