Comfortable stay ”
Overall it’s a comfortable stay and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good quality with varieties of food options. Staffs are very friendly. Only hiccup is they do not turn on the centralised AC during winter / fall so the room has no air circulation and can be quite stuffy, fortunately I have requested for a fan and they are able to provide.

We had a great stay in the hotel. Clean sheets, nice hot water and breakfast was simple but nice. Staff were all very polite and warm. It takes about 8 minutes to walk from main train station to hotel. There is also a bus stop just in front of the hotel to lake iseltwald. View of mountain from my room was awesome!

The hotel is so near to the train station. It’s so convenient to go to the mountains like Pilatus, Titlis, Jungfrau. There’s a big supermarket just next to the train station. The restaurant at the hotel is great too. Good food though abit expensive. I booked the family room which the kids love it as there’s bunk bed in it. Highly recommend this hotel if u travel to Interlaken.

Great service, breakfast and location ”
Breakfast spread and dinner at their in-house restaurant was delicious and had beautiful decor. Room was clean and comfy, balcony view was nice and reception staff was very friendly. Near train station. Improvement point for TV to have more English channels.

Excellent hotel at a great location ”
We stayed two nights in Hotel Interlaken in a Tiny Room with Balcony. The room being tiny is not a joke, it just barely fits our two luggage with some room left to walk. And the toilet / shower is even smaller. Bed is small and pillows are too soft, but the view from the balcony is excellent. It's one of the main reasons I chose this hotel from my stay. A short walk will bring you to the Funicular for Harder Kulm. Overall still a nice stay

It’s just 8 mins walk to train station, the room were so spacious that it allowed me to fit all my 5 big luggages. Not forgetting, the breakfast was great.

Wonderful Stay”
We loved having a patio right off our room so that we could enjoy our wine or coffee and enjoy the view of the mountain. The breakfast here is really well done. Excellent quality and nice variety. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. No problems with our very late check-in. Easy walk from the train station. Really close to the grocery store too. They have a secure luggage storage area so that you can take advantage of an excursion on your check out date.

Really enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. The view was great, overlooking the mountains and antique buildings, and best of all everything was walkable. The train station was only 10-15 minutes of a leisure walk. Would recommend and stay here again.

The service was professional and warm. We arrived there in the early morning and early check-in was not available yet. The staff was polite and actively proposed luggage storage. All of our luggage was put in the room before we came back at night. The room was air-conditioned. The design was stylish. There was a clothesline in the bathroom for laundry. The breakfast buffet was in high-quality. The staff was welcoming and kind. There were many choices of bread, pastries, fruits, diary product, salad, cheese, cold-cuts, proteins and cereals. I love the hash browns most. If fried eggs are not your taste, you can ask the staff to help with sunny-side-up eggs. Overall, the hotel worths the price. Thank you very much for the stay!

Great hotel, clean and included breakfast was great to help with how expensive Switzerland is! Restaurant in the hotel is very nice as well. We stayed in the business plus and it was a beautiful corner room with amazing views of the church and mountains. We loved our stay of 5 nights and highly recommend the room type and hotel.

Room is spectacular clean and nicely decorated. Great continental breakfast with good coffee. Walking distance to train station. Near to train station there is a coop supermarket and restaurant where you can get your dinner but close at 7pm. A great base to explore Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Murren, Top of Europe.

Liked everything about this hotel except the staff. Was not friendly at all and some are even rude. Management should hire better people to work front desk - their customer service is not up to standard
