Place is getting a bit dated, whilst adequate and clean, i feel i could get better value for money elsewhere. I probably would not stay again at this hotel unless rate dropped or bathroom was updated. Staff were helpful and pleasant, room was decent size although shower was not very clean. Good big bed. Safety box not big enough to hold my laptop which was a disappointment. Otherwise ok

Room stunk, suspect black mould in filters of air con unit ”
Requested new Room but had to wait next day, had to sleep in smelly mouldy room for a night in 30+ temp as had to open outside door to air room out not to mention loud music from bar below till 4am, went Down to lobby & tried to rest there, next day new Room much better, but bad experience of 1st night ruined my trip to Pattaya I forfeited my 6 day stay & caught taxi back to Bangkok after 2 Nights

I booked 7-nights in this hotel, where I tried to request a quiet room. However, I was assigned a room right in front of the lift and also the housekeeper's desk (where the phone rang every morning). there are many club/bars located near this hotel, where music was played till 2am. I was not very impress with the arrangement - sleeping uninterrupted becoming a challenging task. Conclusion, I have a restless nights. Cleanliness: towel and bedsheet are quiet old/run down. Room: as advertised. Staff: very friendly and helpful

Centrally located hotel but in quiet street ”
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years.. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and great service from the staff.. Nice rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet was decent.. Very close to all the bars, Walking Street, 7 Elevens and shopping centres. Only issue is that sauna doesn't work properly and despartly needs an upgrade. Will stay here again.

LOVED THIS PROPERTY. EVERY AMENITY WAS NEARBY. FRONT DESK WAS ALWAYS WELCOMING. VIEW FROM MY BALCONY AT THIRD FLOOR WAS NOT THE BEST IN PATTAYA. ROOMS WERE BIG AND SUPER CLEAN.

Very clean place, good hot shower with big bathtub too. The staff is very friendly. Location is good, nearby 7 eleven, food eateries, shops within walking distance, 5 min walk to the beach too. Worth the price, will recommend these place.

Hotel is located on a very quiet side Soi. But still right next to everything that you need. Roof top swimming pool is great. Sauna is getting old and needs repaired or replaced. Rooms are very clean but an average size. TV has many English channels. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and large size. Been using this hotel for many years and I will continue to return

First the niggle. They should do free tea and coffee like most other hotels and not charge 45 baht for 2 coffee sachets! Its petty and annoying! Yes, the bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade but its spacious and as clean as you can get an oldish bathroom. Lovely sized room with fully stocked minibar - not sure everyone would appreciate the condoms...Nice touch or not? (Balcony is not really a balcony just a small enclosed (in rear rooms) smoking area - handy if you smoke or a very small open are at the front. Really central and close to many bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with many choices which changed a bit daily. Egg station with excellent omelettes etc made to order. Excellent coffee as well. And nice and spacious restaurant. Most staff really friendly, smiling and helpful.

The hotel is good, i've been visiting for many years now, but most times I have to wait several days before the tariffs get in line with what I can pay. This is usually approx 50€ or approx 2000 BHT

Overall comfortable and clean and no complaints of any sort. Good location and I had a good two day rest before returning to the grind ! It was a lot pricier than the last time I stayed there. Very quiet corner of pattaya
