Great budget hotel!!!”
If you are on a budget, the hotel is an amazing option in Bangkok. Great location, close to the pier ( 3-minute walk) easy to commute by boat, metro or taxi, staff is great, easy check in and check out with 24 hours reception. Free water bottle and the room is simple but clean and the towels were changed daily. Safe area with lots of options to dine or grab a coffee. Also is close to the pier with free boat shuttle to Icomsiam mall and Asiatique. Also it has a fantastic lobby decoration with Thai elements. Would stay there again.

The location is not the coolest”
Though it is conveniently located to the main train station and Riverside. We enjoyed our stay there. The lobby of the hotel is super stylish and the stuff was very helpful

Value for money, beyond expectation”
Very clean bathroom, floor, and bedsheet. Comfy bed, and surprisingly, good location, very close to Si Phraya Pier to take the boat, and close to bus station to the city. I could easily hop on the boat to get to Sathorn to BTS, or hop on the bus to get to the Victory Monument and Platinum with extra walking distance. Make sure you have Viabus App on your phone, this helps a lot! Thanks Intown, will return here when I'm back to Bangkok again. Please maintain your friendly rate.

The room was nice having everything needed. Bathroom was alright. Bed not stable enough I think, moving during the nicht wakes up the other one. Location close to Chinatown and Trainstation. Worth a stay, definately. Ah, 500 THB deposit for the keys not to forget to mention...

Strategic locations & good for short stay”
In term of locations it is really good but when it comes to cleanliness especially the towels supplied please do something with it. They are either wear & torn OR had stain on it. The bedsheet is not clean either i woke up with my legs and hands very itchy I guess the mattress itself having bed bugs.

The place is very old,not clean enough, no parking at all. The good thing about this place is good location other than that nothing. The price is also good you can not find any thing that cheap in that area.

Near where I needed to be. ”
Stayed in BKK for a conference held at the Sheraton Royal Orchid. The RO was expensive and fully booked. Intown Residence is a 4-minute walk to the RO and a fraction the cost, perfect for what we needed. Also, it's clean and the staff are friendly. Other than the Royal Orchid, there is easy access to the river, which means you could get to the Palace and such if you wanted. It's a bit of a hike (about a mile) to the nearest BTS if you want to head downtown. The beds are darn hard but we slept really comfortably on it. 4 stars for facilities because there really isn't much - they have a coffee shop, wifi and an elevator (but you need to remember the price). They were doing some renovations, but I barely heard anything. Free wifi, is a little inconsistent. You are better off getting a sim with data so you can use programs like Grab taxi or google maps (I wish I had that the first time I went to BKK.) For what it is, and what it costs, the Intown Residence is a good deal.

The Intown Residence suited our needs perfectly due to it's proximity to place of business and the fact that it had a good restaurant in an area of Bangkok that did not have much in the way of dining.

Good comfortable stay, great value”
Great little find. We booked online, just looking for somewhere cheap for the night before heading out of Bangkok. It is close to Central world and Paragon and only a few minutes from the train station. 7-11 is around the corner and there's a nice cafe in the lobby. The staff were very helpful, carried our bags to and from the room, stored our bags for our day out in BKK and even waited on the road side to hail a taxi for us. We would return.

Convenient budget location hotel near the river”
I really enjoyed the hotel at this location. Nearby to 5 star hotels and a 5 minute walk to the river where boat rides can be enjoyed. The hotel is 650 metres from the main Bangkok Rail Station, taking the exit directly in front of rail station. A very busy area however peaceful inside hotel. A restaurant on the ground floor near reception. A good cafe/restaurant next door to hotel named The Green Box, great prices for local food with a pleasant lady named May who operates the restaurant and is also a registered travel agent.

I wouldn't have stayed here unless I needed to be near the Royal Orchid Sheraton. I don't think this is the best part of Bangkok unless you want to be near the river and river taxi. However, it served the purpose and was value for the money. I would stay here again if I had to be in this area of Bangkok again.

Pretty good hotel. During our check-in the lady wasn’t very friendly, but the next morning she was in a better mood. The WiFi code in the room wasn’t correct, but after asking at the desk it was fine. For the rest, our stay was good. A bit expensive for what you get, but the location was convenient because it’s not far from the train station.

Value for money... excellent location”
I stayed here 3 nights with my wife and two kids.. location wise it is a good choice. Pier is just 250 m and bus stop is only 40m away..staffs were courteous and helpful. BTS saphan taksin is just 1 km away.. Indian restaurant are near by ..pure vegetarian restaurant Balaji restaurant is a Jem for vegetarian PPL..140bhat only .you can eat how much you want ..but don't leave anything in plate.. from BTS saphan taksin you can easily reach Mochit BTS and then to airport only in 44+30 bhat... The only issue ..there is no open view from windows from all rooms.. but If I will come again BKK ..I will not hesitate to book this again..good for family budget Travelers from India...
