We had a long flight got to the hotel at 10:30am and thankfully our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early which we weren't expecting. They gave us rooms next to eachother which was nice. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathroom had shower gel and shampoo as stated on description. We didn't get to use the pool this time as we were staying just one night and wanted to explore the town. Really close to the main streets with bars and restaurants to cater all needs.
The hotel has an old feel to it but it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful, especially Ang. He immediately made us feel very welcome and even let us check-in early, he also gave advice about getting around the town. The pool was really nice, just had no chairs to lounge in. It was very good for a cooling dip though. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows. It’s location is close enough to old town but not so busy and noisy. It was a very chill and comfortable stay.
Mr Ang and staff are GREAT- both in HELP AND FRIENDLINESS. They go out of their way to accommodate you and rectify any issues that you may have. I have been traveling throughout Asia for the past few months and none of the other hotels can COMPARE/MATCH UP TO THEM— it’s CLEAN AND SPACIOUS AND ALWAYS SMELL WONDERFUL. I just had an amazing time staying at iPavilion Hotel Phuket and couldn't wait to share my experience with fellow travelers. This high-rise hotel offers awesome views of Khao Rang Hill and Phuket City, and its location in the heart of the historic Old Town made it super easy for me to explore the area. What really struck me was the value I got for my money. For pretty much the same price as smaller hotels in the area, I got a spacious Superior room on the 10th floor with a fantastic view of the city, sunsets, and sunrises. My room and the common areas were really clean, and the simple interior design made the space feel welcoming. The location was perfect for me to wander around Phuket Old City on foot. It was just a short 5-minute walk to a great coffee shop called 5th Element, and about 10-15 minutes to the Jui Tui Taoist Shrine, where I found lots of tasty and affordable vegan food nearby. The staff at iPavilion were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. I didn't use many of the hotel's amenities since I was out exploring the city most of the time, but I did notice a coin laundry downstairs and a really clean, inviting swimming pool on the 5th floor. There was also free instant coffee, Lipton tea, and toast available in the mornings. The only little issue I had during my stay was that the hot water wasn't working in my room, but since I was only there for two nights, I didn't bother the staff about it. I'm not sure if other rooms had the same problem. All in all, I'd definitely recommend iPavilion Hotel Phuket to any indie travelers like me who are looking for great value and an ideal location for exploring Phuket Old City. The hotel offers a bunch of handy facilities and services, making sure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“Fantastic Stay at iPavilion Phuket – Highly Recommended!”
We recently stayed at iPavilion Phuket Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a prime location, making it incredibly convenient to explore Phuket Town. The room facilities were excellent— clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and having amenities like a safe, and a well-maintained bathroom made the stay even more convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus. Not forget to mention, there is a shared swimming pool in level 5. A special thank you to the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. They were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist with anything, from local recommendations to transportation arrangements. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my experience. Overall, iPavilion Phuket Hotel is a great choice . With its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service, We highly recommend staying here! Only note that the location will not close to the beaches. It will take approximately about 35 mins by car to get there.
