Comfortable apartment”
The apartment is located on the second floor right above a car tint shop and is very easy to miss owing to the lack of obvious signage. Reception is located at the corner of the shop lot. We missed it the first time around however we managed to find it after a friend spotted the faded signboard of the apartment from afar. There was ample parking space behind the shop lot. It was also a very short drive away from the famous Lou Wong Chicken Rice shop. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished. The apartment was well-equipped with a dining table, complete with cutlery and plates. Each en-suite room was comfortable and perfect for a good night's rest. Apartment staff was very attentive to our requests. The only drawback was the poor sound-proofing of the rooms. We could hear conversations from the adjacent apartment loud and clear. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay at Ipoh Apartment.

Exceptional”
Checked-in got some problem whereas my Agoda booking number was not received by the hotel's staff. It was past 6.30 p.m. already and me and my family were already exhausted by the long journey. Luckily, the lady who managed the hotel was kind enough to give us an apartment with the same price even though our booking no was not valid as she said she actually had locked all bookings because all 2-rooms apt was full for the day. But she made do for us the 5-rooms apartment (she locked the other 3 rooms which is ok to us).

Clean & new apartment”
Booked 3-bedroom apartment, was upgraded to 5-bedroom apartment with 2 rooms locked. The place was new and very comfortable. It is located in the mid of Ipoh. All the famous places and restaurants are just a few kms away or less. You need a car to go around though. The parking is provided.

Cleanliness, worth of money ”
It will be a bit noisy during midnight coz the apartment is beside the road. The appartment is same as the pic. Very clean environment. It is suitable for family come to Ipoh stay one night.

Just "Waze" it to find the location. We stayed in 5 bedrooms apartment. There were no designated parking for customers. Just park by the road side. Apartment is clean. The pillow is too thin & no extra given. Air-condition works good. TV not clear at all. No signal. Wifi poorly connected. Its spacious. Location was very good. Its located on top of workshop (same owner), so you need to climb up stairs to your apartment. 5 bedrooms located at level 1 so its no big deal. The stairs is slippery. Overall for 1 night stay is recommended.

Average type of Apartment”
Average apartment in Ipoh but comes with good service. Average for the price considering we can get cheaper rooms in hotels. Some might have difficulties to locate this apartment although it is along the main road but it is above the shops. Noisy location on Saturday midnight due to the bikers.

Clean, well equip & comfortable”
Everything is good!! Large space for groups to have some activities at living hall and there's dining table as well, clean room and comfortable but abit noisy as it is close to main road and we heard a large group of motor cyclist ride over the main road at the midnight when we were in room. Overall is fine and cool and I'll definately recommend my friends especially for those that wanted to come in groups or families.

Overall in good condition. Good value for money and location. Booked 3-bedroom apartment is suitable for 5 persons. There the only one serious problem that is poor customer service. The number given by Agoda is not in service, kindly update the latest contact number of owner. And also, slightly bad in sound insulation.

the house very big and the price is very cheap for that kind of space. very comfortable and very easy self check in. but no elevator, only stairs but thats okay for us. highly recomended for family for 4 pax and more.

Good Rooms BUT Appalling Midnight Noise Experience”
Spacious rooms, comfy hall & dining area/kitchen within the apartment itself ... but noise was a big turn off. Bikes started gathering at the base of the apartment around 1.30am and the ruckus continued till 5.00am. About 50 hooligans or so were revving their bike engines (simultaneously) through the night, creating what seemed like a series of noise explosions. Cops came about 3 times, blared their sirens, chased these racing menaces through the streets. Couldn't sleep a wink. Only the deaf could have been oblivious to the whole thing. We had a sleepless night and decided to check-out at 7.00am. We phoned the receptionist to come collect the key, and I guess since she did not expect to be given an early wake-up call, we were treated with some disdain.

Good service apartment in Ipoh”
Very new and clean apartments. Won't mind staying here again. Location is excellent, just a short 5 min drive to town center. Areas for improvement : shower area should be compartmentalized, one of the rooms doesn't have wardrobe.

Ipoh - nice place for visiting & eating”
1) No parking space - need to find & park at own risk 2) Door Excess card is not working well 3) We stayed for 2 nights over the weekends- Very noisy at 3.30am in the morning as the illegal bikers were gathering right in front of the apartment with great noise pollutions
