Location The hotel is located few minutes away from Ipoh town but locating it is like you are trying to explore a hidden gem along a road where the Hotel is Isolated just so that you could enjoy your stay from all those busy traffics. In another word, it is strategic where I feel I would rather stay at this kind of surrounding for my leisure staycation. Cleanliness I would give 5 out of 5. Every bit and piece if the place have been well maintained that I hardly have anything to say about when comes to cleanliness. I have never been to Bali but my wife did before and she goes on & on about every details of the Hotel starting from the Reception till we walk into our room. It is just so Bali is what she keeps mentioning and hearing it from my wife I wouldn’t want to challenge her. We were able to secure the Superior Garden View Room which was worth every penny. With an amazing garden view + koi fish pond right beside the room, really gave us the feeling of serenity being there. Sadly, check-out time is 11am. As much we are in denial to leave early but we just have to bid goodbye to the place. Customer Service The front desk staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly. Read so much of Ida and her PR but when you experience it you so just want to click the ‘like’ button for every comment on her. So humble and down to earth person for sure. Hotel provide free flow of juice/milk coffee/tea, cereals and toasted bread. At night go explore Lalaland cool place to hang out and makan2. There are many eateries that serve best food. Celebrated my partner's birthday here with a 3D2N stay. The koi pond in front of our room was our favorite activity to chill in the room. Services from the crews were top-notch. We felt like we were staying at a 5-stars hotel. The team made an effort to do free deco balloons on walls and a waffle ice cream to enhance the mood for my partner's birthday. Many instagrammable corners and simple snaps will produce picturesque photos and reels. Breakfast was awesome! We ordered Balinese nasi bertutu for consecutive 2 days. The massage session was great too. Just a little bit pricey compared to Penang's rate but we enjoyed it. Ani and Ana's efforts were great, we appreciate them for taking good care of us. Room was spacious with a decked stream running across your own balcony with a little fountain and a swing chair that you can chill out in. Bed was very comfortable but takes a bit of getting past the door banging, motor whirring and some other noises. Light/Fan switches were confusing as they were not labelled and had some placed by the bed and some by the door. This room with a king size bed had separate bedside lamps. But switches for both lamps are only on 1 side of the bed. To turn it on in the middle of the night, i had to wake my partner up to do so for me :( The big tv is equipped to an Astro box with many cable channels and had good reception. Bathroom was spacious with a big luxurious bathtub. It also acts as the shower space which would be a great challenge for older folks to get in/out as the tub is deep. There would be room types with just shower if needed. Shower pressure was good. Appreciated the well-stocked bathroom amenities provided....one of the few remaining hotels to provide toothbrush & toothpaste nowadays! Toilet has a bidet spray which is helpful but not the most ergonomically designed. This 12 room boutique hotel definitely exudes the Balinese feel that its intended for. Besides the good quality of its structure and fittings, ALL of their staff presented the same Balinese vibes ....welcoming, quick yet discreet.
