Best Selection in onnut Area”
I have lived 6 month in this apartment. The apartment provide tuktuk small taxi service every morning and evening to BTS station.The apartment located on skhumvit 81.. It is lovely area with local atmosphere. You can find local food easily. The room is spacious and clean with a clear view. This accomodation is suitable for mid-long term use. (1 month-)but, they can accept daily use through agoda and other platforms. Staffs also have a kind and pleasant mind with full english conversation skill for reception.

Nice location, about 1 mile from the BTS station. Room was fine but make sure to air it out upon arrival, as good practice. Staff was nice and help. Definitely ask for a microwave (asap) if your room is not equipped.

Good for local life lover”
Locates deepest end of Sukhumvit soi 81 (estimated 1 km away from entrance of soi 81). If you are professional for local transportation in Bangkok, this hotel (or rather say, serviced apartment) is really value for money. No problem for the stay. You can find 24hr convenience store just opposite side of this property. Thank you for the staff, even I checked in y 25:00, never complained for my late arrival.

This is more like an AirBnB than a Hotel. No staff except for a couple of people at the reception. Lively Neighborhood, interesting night market but quite far from the touristy part of Bangkok

Hotel apartment building. The facility in room is ok. The bed is kinda cheap hard foam bed, even not a spring bed. Dirt spots on the blanket and bedsheets. Not recommended for the price.

Don't expect much from there”
Pro: Clean Nice shower Big room with a couch Has a gym Con: Price not the best. (You can find better deal if you spend the time, especially if you travel by yourself) 15-20mins walk from BTS (no sidewalk, not very safe especially at night) Bad wifi connection (annoying, don't understand the requirement of putting in password every single day) Service 😕 (nice on the outside, but don't expect much from them) Conclusion: Not recommended.

Es ist kein Hotel, sondern ein Apartment in einem mehrheitlich von Ausländern bewohnten neuem Apartmenthaus mit 7 Etagen. Es gibt keine Rezeption, sondern ein Verwaltungsbüro für das Haus. Während unserer 2 Nächte wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Es gibt am Morgen und Abend für eine gewisse Zeitspanne einen Shuttle-Service, der einen fast bis zur Hauptstrasse bringt wo die Skytrain-Station "On Nut" ist. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Cafe/Restaurant in dem man gut und preiswert essen kann. Um die Ecke ist ein 7/11 und auch kleinere Imbiss.

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、特に受付けには愛想の良い美人マネージャーがいます。ソイ81の奥にあるのですが、送迎もあるのでBTSまでの連結も快適ですし、歩くとなれば、まだ少し昔ながらのタイや美味しいバーミー屋さん、屋台なども楽しめる環境です。 部屋はキレイで設備も行き届いていて、2000円台はお値打ちですね。また、併設されたレストランは美味しく、ユニークなシェフとの会話も楽しめます。和やかな雰囲気で、タイを堪能されたい方にもオススメです。ジムもあるので、旅行中でも鍛えたい人にもオススメ。 KEN

On nut駅から歩くにはちょと距離あり駅前からバイタクでの往復になります。 駅では待ち行列で時間要します。 わたしはレンタカーでの移動がメインだったのであまり苦になりませんでした。 駐車場、部屋は広く静香です。ただ洗濯機は一階にあり共同かつ有料です。 最初に１０００Ｂのデポジットとられます。

周辺環境はコンビニがあるだけ、バンコク市内まではＢＴＳで１０分と近いただし、駅までは遠く歩きはきつい バイクタクシーなら２分ぐらいでいける。 部屋の中は割りと綺麗だが、ベッドが硬すぎる、枕がくさい、ＮＨＫは映らない、ホテルロビーは冷房がなく待合場所には出来ない、サービスアパートの作りだがレンジやコンロはなくてがっかり。ベランダのカーテンを開けると隣りのアパートが近く外から丸見えで昼間カーテンを開けられない。

初めての滞在”
今回10日間の日程で5名で滞在しました。目的はGOLFだったので車の移動が多いのであまり不便は感じませんでしたが駅まではバイクタクシーで10B。夜も静かで落ち着いて寝られました。 洗濯機が1階にあるのでちょっと不便かと思いますが、なかなか良いかと思います。 ただ初めての方は言語がタイ語メインになるのとフロント、送迎が20時頃には閉まるので注意が必要。
