Good value”
Updated hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Within walking distance of most major sights. Stayed in a room with a view of the opera house but the street was pretty rowdy late night on Saturday. Rooftop bar was a nice respite after a long day of walking. Get the monitor. All in all good value for money.

Nice hotel”
This was a short one night stay back in Rome before flying out so we didnt really take in the hotel and all it had to offer. The 1st floor room didnt have much of a view or exterior attraction, but the room, while small was very nice and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfy, the best of our trip including 3 other hotels. The staff at the front were very nice, and the hotel itself was very modern, new and clean.

Excellent hotel”
Great location, 5 mins from Station, Metro, and Buses. Free water in rooms is a great touch, as is the shower and go room for people who have to vacate room by midday but do not fly out until later on. Staff are great and this hotel is a real gem, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Great location, great service”
We stayed at IQ Hotel Roma for 3 nights as a getaway for my partner's 30th. Upon arrival, staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a lovely room overlooking the theatre. Tea and coffee facilities were superb, the beds were very comfortable and slippers were an added bonus. We received complimentary drinks vouchers to spend for one night which was a fabulous surprise and the free wifi was quick and easy to use also. Definitely recommended and I would return without hesitation.

Clever and efficient city hotel, well located”
The IQ hotel largely lived up to it's reviews. It was indeed clever like it's name with concept offering proper star class hotel rooms whilst minimising on the nice to have rather than need to have's. The rooms were a decent size especially compared to previous Rome hotels we've stayed in and were, new, clean and well equipped. The clever touches were all the self help things you had on hand in vending machines and a laundry room so you could just get on with it and do it yourself. Small but useful gym and sauna were present too. The staff were 60:40 friendly:detached. The nice chaps were very nice at reception, but both types were very helpful and efficient. Location was handy too, with the City's attractions accessible easily by the metro with walking distance or a not too expensive cab ride. There were also some decent restaurants around which the reception staff recommended to us and were good value and quality.

525USD per night was gouging... Room shortage in Rome due to convention so I understand but this was extreme...all else great....but as a result given option for equal price and value I would choose elsewhere. Thanks

Good innovative hotel. Love the laundry, gym & sauna etc. Giuseppe and Fabiana are very pleasent & helpful at reception. One other staff member is indifferent. (I won't name him) Dislike the cloth hand and face tea towels. Carpet in hallways can make it very difficult to transport and roll luggage which I dislike. 4€ for a dryer is a bit over the top in my opinion. Pricepoint has crept up gradually considering there is also an additional 6€ city tax therefore I don't agree with it at all. Needs to drop 10-30 € to be fair.

Fantastic stay and brilliant location!”
Modern rooms, friendly staff, great location (7 mins to Roma Termini) and complimentary bottles of water! What more can you ask for in a city that requires a bit of walking around! Rooms are clean, modern fittings and good size for both room and bathroom. My wife thinks this is the best hotel we have stayed in Italy (we been to Siena, Portvenere, Florence, Positano). Beds are lovely and you can change the pillows to whatever suits you as well! I would highly recommend any traveller to come here for a stay. I stayed on the 1st floor and no complaints on noise from either guests or traffic. TIP: If you have luggage to move around, best to grab the private car (Mercedes MPV that seats 7) transfer for fixed 50 euros (trip + tips included). Sounds alot but when you consider, (i) the per person train ticket from Roma Termini to Leonardo Da Vinci airport is 14 euros/pax, (ii) taxi drivers will always try to rip you off (I had to pay 20 Euros from Roma Termini to hotel which should cost under 10 euros!), best to get the hotel car.
