The prefect resort”
We loved every second of our 6 night stay at Isabella Resort. The rooms are big, modern and spacious. The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job of making them up every day. The facilities, pool, bar and restaurant were great! I honestly couldn’t find one fault. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included freshly baked bread and a daily menu change. The gardens are kept wonderfully and my children loved playing in them. Lastly, the staff were all so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, a less than 5 minute stroll to Ong Lang beach and about 10 minutes on foot to some lovely restaurants and a supermarket. Highly recommend!

The food!!! ”
Recommended. This place has the BEST food! We ventured out a few times and every time regretted it. In fact, one evening we went across the street for dinner and then decided to just go back to Isabella for second dinner! 😜 The staff here is AMAZING. They make you feel at home. They offer help and smile without ever being pushy. They make excellent drinks and bring them right to the pool! The hotel is clean with beautiful grounds. The pool is perfect! They have a great pool table, bikes free of charge and quick walk to the beach. Book it!

Fantastic Hotel”
We chose this hotel/resort to celebrate my 65th birthday and it was a excellent choice. The room was lovely and was cleaned to a high standard. The guitar shaped pool was brilliant and The staff were very friendly and made our stay special especially Alona, the customer service manager who was always checking with us to make sure we were being looked after all during our stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back. Many thanks to all staff.

I feel so lucky that I have picked this hotel, everything is so nice”
Like every other hotels on this fast developing island, there are lots of improvement needs to be done, like their language skill, service skill(how to organise the kitchen when it is busy), how to level the snooker table ;p …… but all these are so minor when you have friendly staff greeting you with nice genuine smile everyday and trying their best to resolve your problem. Our kids loved the pool and we feel so safe just letting them wondering around, the breakfast was good. Plus it is so close to the beach. We had a lovely long relaxing holiday and will recommend to our friends for sure.

Very cute place ”
Lovely place beautiful gardens and pool. Great breakfast with very good service kind waiters and fresh coffee and slightly different menu daily, stick to what you do well as not sure re the eggs Benedict? maybe a Vietnam version however the management are French . My only complaints would be hard beds as is the case with most Vietnam, maybe offer a extra mattress . The island needs to clean up as getting spoilt with rubbish and pollution, such a shame as will ruin the future for tourists and locals .

Staff in the restaurant and bar area needs more education in English, please select a other kind of music at restaurant and reception area (cafe Del Mar eg.) no elevator music, new mosquito nets from outside bathroom area would reduces mosquitoes in the sleeping room, when you put the light on at night. More sunbeds needed at pool. That’s only small things... otherwise our stay was amazing, we would like to come again - nice resort

Absolutely terrible.”
My partner and I stayed here three nights and it was the worst accomodation of our entire one month trip in Vietnam. Half of the service still they say they offer are not really offered when you arrive, and in general the service was so often terrible. It was clear they were new and were at times (but certainly not always) trying, but that just wasn't good enough considering what they are charging for their rooms. We gave them Lots of opportunities to fix their mistakes but they never really did. We just got the occasional apology but never any action. Overly, an entirely disappointing stay. My partner and I aren't students at home, we stayed in budget accommodation for a lot of our trip to afford this hotel a trip the end of our vacation, and it was such a horrible end to an otherwise lovely time in Vietnam. With all of your options in Phu Quoc, I'd definitely just stay somewhere else than risk this place.

Schönes ruhiges Resort”
Das Resort hat einen wunderschönen, liebevoll angelegten Garten mit kleinen Hügeln und tollen Blumen und Pflanzen. Unser Zimmer war eher klein und leider auch recht dunkel, es roch auch recht muffig beim Betreten. Das Licht war furchtbar (grelle Neonlampen). Ansonsten aber sehr sauber mit einem schönen Bad und Dusche. Etwas unbequemes Bett (empfanden wir beide so und mein Freund schläft eigentlich gerne auf harten Matratzen). Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man sitzt schön. Sehr grosser und sauberer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen, viele Familien mit Kindern, da es auch einen Nichtschwimmerbereich gibt. Das Resort liegt toll, in der Nähe vom Strand (fußläufig) oder mit den Rädern in ca 10-12 Min zu einem anderen schönen Strand. In der Nähe einige leckere günstige Restaurants.

12월 25일부터 3일간 2베드룸으로 가족 여행이었는데 새로 생긴 리조트라서 정말 깨끗합니다. 대부분 러시아. 유럽.벳남인들이 찾는거 같아요. 특징은 조경이 아담하고( 지중해풍 ) 조용합니다. 옹랑 해변은 100m정도 되고 수영복 입고 바로 걸어가면 됨. 리조트에서 비치 타올 받아서 가면 됩니다. 주변에 식당도 인터넷에 안나오는거 까지 하면 꽤나 많이 있고 특히 may misa 식당이 제일 맛있었던거 같아요. 리조트 수영장은 24시간 정수를 해서 정말 깨끗합니다. 조용히 휴식하려는분들께 추천합니다

Это прекрасное, тихое,уютное место. Для семей с детьми лучше не придумать. Территория очень зелёная,цветущая и ухоженная. Номера небольшие,но уютные и чистые,оборудованные всем необходимым. Персонал очень старается,чтобы гостям отеля было комфортно. Отдельное спасибо управляющему ,за куриный суп (почти по- русски)))))для детей в ресторане и фруктовый лёд из натурального сока (вкуснее не ела), который подают как комплимент к заказу детского меню. До пляжа 120 метров,совсем близко. Своей территории на пляже нет,но все "изабелловцы" легко размещаются под огромным тенистым деревом на пляже. На пляже Онг Ланг и отеле "Изабелла" царит атмосфера спокойствия,умиротворения,красоты и отдыха. Желаем вам процветания,спасибо за чудесный отдых!

Отель чень красивый и ухоженный. Жили в Премьер бунгало. Номера просторные, есть все необходимое. Один русский канал. Отличный бассейн. Завтраки хорошие. До моря 120 метров. Пляж очень хороший, море отличное. Рядом улица с кафе и магазинами. Отдельное спасибо администратору отеля Юлии за внимание и помощь во всех вопросах.

Хороший отдых”
Отель отличный, красивый, чистый. С большим бассейном. Персонал готов выполнить все ваши требования и желания. Уборка номеров и смена полотенец ежедневная, смена белья каждые 3 дня. Особо хочется отметить помощника управляющего, Юлию за заботу о гостях отеля😀😀😀😀. Завтраки хорошие, если кому мало, то можно насытится дополнительно супчиком или омлетом/яичнецей. Море супер, чистое и прозрачное, если нет шторма. Единственный минус это пляж, его просто нет, так как назвать полоску замусоренного песка шириной в 3-4 метра пляжем рука не поворачивается. Он "пляж" общественный то есть ничей, он грязный и не убирается. Лежаков на пляже у отеля нет, зонтов тоже. Территория под пальмами, арендована кем то и там сидит охранник и даже заходить на неё не разрешает. Можно арендовать лежаки у соседнего отеля за 100к донгов, но когда мы отдыхали там происходила реконструкция, а лежать когда рядом с тобой что то постоянно пилят и гремит не комфортно.

Отлично по всем статьям”
Приветствую. Мы достаточно поездили, причем в основном по дорогим сетевым отелям. Поэтому сравнивать есть с чем. Соотношение цена/качество, лучше не встречал. Отель небольшой, что оказалось огромным плюсом. Никакого шума и толкотни. На бассейне 70% лежаков свободны (а были мы в период Вьетнамского Нового Года). Да отель не первой линии, но идти до пляжа не больше, чем от бунгало в крупном отеле. Сам отель выполнен и оформлен с душой. Однозначно лучший отель из близлежащих (прогулялись, посмотрели). С кухней тоже все в порядке. Ассортимент не велик, но вполне съедобно, а главное чисто. В общем при следующей поездке в эту страну думаю, что экспериментировать не будем, а остановимся в этом же отеле. Отдельное спасибо, администратору Алене. P.S.
