Affordable accommodation
affordable room, friendly staff, near airport
The hotel is near enough from the airport, although we had to ask some people for directions. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. It doesn't have the features of the usual hotels, but the room is cozy enough for someone who needs some rest from a long trip. It is just like being home right after a long flight. Not for luxury, but for comfort. Good enough for its price.

great value, clean and quite
the layout of the room makes you feel you stay in an 1BR condo, great
we extended our stay here because of it´s great value. A small breakfast (served to your room at the time you want it) is included and is enough to start the day. We really liked the layout of the room, even though it´s small they managed to include a separate kitchen dining area and enough storage room for your cloth or so. Staff is friendly and the room was cleaned every day. only downside was the Wifi offered for 150 PHP a day. the connection is very slow and pretty much useless. But they offer free Wifi access at the reception area. taxi drivers may not know this hotel so make sure you tell them the correct address I can definately recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Parañaque. after all, we will come back for sure

Small hotel with bad location
Only staffs are friendly
Traffic jam, room is not really clean. Location is not suitable for family or couple. Hard to get taxi but luckily staffs over there called cab for us. Not really near to airport as it is not one road straight to airport. We felt like taking rounds and rounds to reach there from the hotel.

Near the airport--for the price you gotta love it!
"Basically" near the airport(15 minutes by taxi), reasonably priced, decent "apartment" type rooms.
It is not in a nice or at all plush section of town, but I have never felt in any danger in the five times I have stayed there. The rooms are called suites, but the smallest is a loft type (a double bunk-bed styled loft above the small living area), with a TV, table and chairs, kitchen sink and shower/bathroom. The larger rooms have refrigerators and two sleeping areas with one or two double beds in each room. There are two elevators to the rooms; the view of the rooftops out the windows might remind one of a scene from Slumdog Millionaire, but it's an interesting experience. :-) I would recommend it to anyone who is adventurous, on a budget, and needing basic lodging near the airport. Usually a free breakfast is included (usually when booking with Agoda, that is) and for the price, it's a very decent meal!
