Fair
The room was fair for the price. However, internet is not included; and they rape you if you decide to buy it from them...

Good location, cheap
WIFI NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM, you have to pay extra for it. This was the weakest point of the hotel in my opinion. Also, I never got any towels. Otherwise, great view from the 9th floor and great location. Close to at least two malls.

Older style hotel, good location for dining.
Wi-fi offered but non-existent. Room size ok with kitchette, very hard bed though. Staff were most pleasant & helpful but you need to ask for everything. Air con not so good. Excellent location for Bario Fiesta restaurant (which is outstanding) & night market for food, shopping & live entertainment.

good cheap hotel
location,balcony and staff
Great place to stay for cheap and it has everything you need i.e. refrigerator balcony and a decent shower. The staff is helpful and the only problem i have with this place is the lack of internet in the rooms and being forced to buy internet cards at the desk to do so. There is free internet in the lobby but i found it quite inconvenient .

New Year
location
Stay was so-so. Stayed at room 505. Good price for room of 4, but there are better hotels nearby with the same price. Bathroom gets wet all over whenever someone uses the shower due to lack of a floor block for water. Only a shower curtain was placed. Fridge was not working properly. Only freezer portion was working. Had to ask for towels. And then had to make another call for a bath rug. Breakfast could not be taken inside the room.

Value for money but...............................
Good location, peaceful and quiet, many restaurant around
-no wifi in room -no complimentary water (it's not that we can't buy our own but most hotel have) -bread toast like a charcoal -staff are not attentive enough to provide tissue and towels. -small roaches running around especially in the toilet and in the kitchen sink. -only one friendly staff in the reception. If you can handle those things which we did then you'll be fine.
