Island Cove Hotel and Leisure Park

Whole stay was enjoyable. But internet was not - should be fast enough to accommodate even guests are in big numbers. We can’t even open Email or FB because it was very slow. But still it was great.

They were great! Friendly and when I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby they were extremely helpful! I was so great full for kind and honest people i was said pag sa pinas nawala never na babalik syo! Great staff.

Wrong choice

Wifi is limited, cable channedl is limited as well. Customer Service at the Reception area, Awful! Policy and security, if you bring car, no questions asked. But if you go there by foot and forgot to bring an ID...goodluck!!!And the breakfast buffet....awful!!!! Mas masarap pang kumain sa karinderia sa lasa. Sorry but its true! The price do not compliment on the taste of the food. Doon lang ako nakakita ng buffet na lugaw, champorado at tinapay. And the glass.....plastic na maliit kulang na lang plastic cup!

We enjoyed our 3days 2 night stay very much. Everyone was very nice. The food was good, a lot of activities to do (go cart, shooting, swimmimg, tennis, horse back riding etc.) and relatively cheap compared to other places. A great place to bring our kid. The animals in the Aviary were also very fun to watch. We're lucky to see the peacock show off his beautiful tail. The location is also close to Manila so the travel wasn't very tiring. Maybe if there is something Im not happy about was the size of the bed.. In comparison to the the other hotels we've stayed at where the beds are a little bigger than this place, the superior room bed has a 2 single size bed and really only fits 1 person per bed.. and since we are with our kid we had to share 1 bed together.. so I end up having body ache the next morning. But all in all we loved the place and we will visit again. Maybe next time we'll choose the superior double bed. 😉

Everything is fine except late at night there was water interruption for about 20mins due to maintenance issue.

Everything went well, except for the poor service in the Fishing Village.

It was covient location for us.. if you are looking only for the basics its ok. But for the facilities it has (and had) it is quite rundown but clean. We were there the eve of our wedding, even on telling the staff so there was no greeting but oh well.. the cafe and resto dont have available many food options on the menu. The water park and bikes were not open, but reception said they were. They messed up our checkin then made us pay an extra 900 for my mother. Staff are not well trained, very slow on any requests require multiple follow ups. Basic accomodation, it was clean. I guess value for money is poor as they promote an experience but you cant use anything.

perfect choice no regrets staff are accomodating nice food at sangley and fishing village pricey but satisfied place are quiet pool are all clean clean room and complete see you nxt time

Except for internet almost none existent in my room, I had a very wonderful time. My sister stayed with me the entire time. I booked additional rooms to accommodate other relatives for the weekend. The staff is very friendly, attentive, helpful, and very respectful. Going back again next year with my family. My third visit.

Good location. Breakfast good food and service. Staff courteous. We stayed at Cabanas (Indang and Naic) Bedroom room lights are gloomy but can still see and feel cabinets were dusty and dirty, need to wipe so we can put our clean clothes. Used/dirty slippers were inside the cabinets, who does that? Tub mats were old and dirty (this rellly gross me out). Totally my fault I forgot and left my pair of earring and it too late for me to notice since we have already checked out and on our way to the airport. Well actually during checked out I was advised I left a small purse non-valuable) thankful of the bestie thought. Apparently, the valuable thing like my gold diamond earrings wasn’t “found” by the checker. I e-mailed Island cove to report of my lost earrings and they replied that they checked and nothing was found. Learned my lessons well. Overall unhappy with my experience at Island Cove .

Only cons is fishing village inside cove resort. Food was expensive and there are losts of mosquitos. The others are very nice.

Courteous staff. Hope that the hotel will offer a membership deal just like what other hotels is doing now.

This place is very near Manila and a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was great though it is not really full buffet. A lot of things to do and free ticket to water park and mini zoo.

Food is overpriced.

The place was really good, resort available facilities was well in placed. Overall stay was a rewarding experience!!

Hotel + facilities were great! Hope they get to maintain the pool slides though. The zoo keeper was the friendliest of all. Will go here again!

food is delicious, serving portions are good albeit pricey. staff at the water park couls use more hospitality training. but we had a pleasant stay overall.
