Lovely stay and lovely hosts”
Lovely and accomodating hosts, made our stay very pleasant - quite easy to find once you know! A little bit southwest from the Google maps marker. They provided a lovely (and very cost-effective) airport transfer and had plenty of delicious coconuts filled with water for us to purchase (again very reasonably priced). Would happily recommend!

I loved my stay in the delux bungerlow! The staff member called Thien was such a cool guy! I arrived really early and super tired and he still got me in my room and set up. I really appreciate that. The room was big with a nice big ceiling fan to keep cool! There is no kitchen but a mini fridge and kettle comes in useful! What I really loved is the design and outside shower! Incredible. The pool looked amazing but I got a tattoo on the island at hanayama tatto shops could not go in. But it looks so cool. Sadly I arrived in rainy season so the paths were a little dangerous and I spent a lot of time in the centre. However I say this is awesome if you want to grab a bike and drive around / go up north to the Safari park or adventure park or the Europe town thing first, then later go get a place down in the centre! Loved my stay thank you to Island Lodge and Thien!

Absoultey brilliant, friendly staff, beautiful food and breakfast just watch out for the mosquitos, buy lemon grass spray from the pharmacy. Access to scooters also for a really good price and a lot easier to get to the shops and back than walking. The roads are not so bad there just stick in to the right and it will all be worth the experience. Thanks to everyone at the island logde you made our time here very comfortable and enjoyable ❤️

Countryside resort”
I stayed here with my family during the Tet holiday for 4 days, and it was an interesting experience. The location is acceptable, not too far from Dong Duong town, and other tourist places like Vin Wonder, Safari, etc. The room is nice and cozy, it's the countryside so it is very green and quiet, you can truly rest here. Amazing pool with very clear water (as in the picture). Mostly my neighbor was foreigner. The receptionist is friendly and very helpful. Will come back when traveling to Phu Quoc island again.

Beautiful well kept lodge with plantation style bungalow accommodation. Gorgeous tasteful decor with semi outdoor bathroom. Very substantial well presented breakfast with a good choice. Good housekeeping, very nice staff. Bike hire available and free bikes for your use. The pool is fabulous. Loungers comfy. Our only downsides are the beds are extremely hard. Second being it's a kilometre from the village and it's shops and restaurants. We didn't mind the walk but it's dark coming back at night, little street light. The lodge do provide torches though.

Island Lodge is set in a quiet area off the main road, about 10 minutes out of the main city. Excellent size family room, clean, but some areas need a little TLC. Staff friendly and helpful. limited food option, reasonable sized swimming pool. Some of the greenery further back needs trimming. Lots of shops/restaurants near by on the main road. Motor cycles for hire (required). Ong Lang Beach, a few minutes by motorcycle, small beach, gets busy late afternoon with locals when the sun isn't as hot. I would stay here again, recommend it you want a quiet place and don't mind riding the motorcycle to get about

My mistake in picking the wrong location for this trip to Phu Quoc without careful research. If you would like to enjoy nature and stay away from chaotic city life, you might like this bungalow. This location is far from literally everywhere else (even with a scooter, and a taxi costs a fortune here as well). My room looks exactly like the photo (only in the smaller size because the wide-angle photos gonna trick you like other accommodation services). Hygiene is unacceptable, or maybe I did not get used to the bungalow style. All surface was covered in a thin layer of dust. I will understand if the bathroom (which was exposed to the outdoor area) has dust, but inside of the closet, on the vanity table, on the drawer next to the bed, literally everywhere possible. I emailed asking whether they could assist with a surprise for my anniversary celebration and got a confirmation from them. When I check-in, the room has just finished cleaning, the bathroom floor is wet, and of course, no setup was prepared. Be careful when choosing a scooter to rent here because of the low quality. I almost got myself into an accident with the brake in one of their scooters but luckily I got help from the locals.

Worst experience ever!”
We have been to this hotel few months back. There's no thing which is proper in this place, "literally nothing" right from service, room, rental bike, helmet, food, even the bulb. They have some or the other silly reasons for everything. Hotel does't have proper maintenance and everything is old. When we ask them anything their responses are rude. We rented a bike and had a bad experience, we would suggest never rent bike from them. Their bike stopped in the middle and we reached out to them for help since we aren't aware of the locality and language but, they said "you are responsible for anything happens to the bike and you need to come on your own". We were searching for the bike repair shop around 10pm, and they were not ready to even help by arranging a taxi though they have their own already !! Worst service ever :\

Island lodge is further inside of ONG Lang town. It is a quite place and if you want to spend time for relaxing, getting away from noisy . This is a true place to be.

We loved everything about it. It’s far from all the big resort and it’s a quiet and relaxing place. The food at the hotel is good and the staff very friendly. The pool is not too busy. They have free bikes and motorcycles you can rent on the spot. It’s in the middle of the island so it’s perfect to visit everything.
