    Great value, I got the cheapest room, was very impressed with it. Small, but very well thought out.”
    No cons. Great design, simple with everything you might need. I'm an interior designer and was really quite amazed at the price and quality.

    Clean and comfortable. Service was good too. Though it was slightly out of the way, i have enjoyed my stay here with the great habour view. Room is big as compared to the hotels at crowded areas like causeway bay, wanchai and mongkok. There is a 24hr laundry(sunshine 24) nearby, eateries and convenience stores just across the road. Also, hotel had free shuttle bus to and fro hongkong station for those taking the airport express!

    My 3 nights in Island Pacific Hotel was comfortable and staffs are always smiling regardless whether they are serving customers or not. Very helpful too.. Location is easily accessible by MTR (10mins walk) and a free shuttle bus service (H2) from HK Station. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in HK

    Stayed five nights, walking distance to waterfront . Tram system passes hotel , good bonus. Had harbour view room worth it. nice room for the money. Quiet bar in the evening with sport tv. Will stay again.

    Island Pacific Hotel is one of our preferred hotels of choice in Hong Kong, due to its proximity to Hong Kong University, the easy reach of Central via a picturesque tram ride as well as the relatively recent subway extention (Sai Ying Pun stop). The rooms with partial or magnificent full view (depending on room) on the fascinating, busy harbour are smallish and so is the TV screen, the anemnities basic and towels too few, but the overall advantages make up for the shortcomings. Staff is friendly and attentive. Eric at the Reception Desk deserves a particular mention, being so kind and patient, understanding and accommodating. Thank you dear Eric! Until next time.

    Overall An Excellent Hotel”
    My wife and I stayed at IP from 2/23 - 2/25 in room 2305 for our wedding anniversary. Concierge staff was very nice as they opened the door and greeted us. Check-in process was fast (took less than 5 mins) but it would be nice if reception staff could explain a little more about the hotel's facility/shuttle bus/add-on as we were new to this hotel. We were surprised when we saw the little piece of cake & treats when we arrived to our room. The room itself was very clean and it had a spectacular ocean view (room view is the main reason that we booked this hotel). Thumbs up for the handy phone in our room (although we didn't bring it outside the hotel). Our reservation came with daily breakfast at the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet was awesome with the mix of Chinese and western options. We didn't use the pool nor gym so can't comment on them. Although my wife and I want to try different hotels in Hong Kong, still we will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    I was extremely happy with the welcome and service at Island Pacific Hotel. The concierge staff were gracious and courteous, namely Calvin (Kelvin) who went out of his way to help me. Front desk staff, namely Simon, was also very courteous and professional. Room was impeccable - clean with crisp linen, towels and toilette supply throughout my 9 nights stay. The price was reasonable except for the last night - Chinese New Year's night. I highly recommend this hotel and would go back myself.

    We were given a warm welcome by the concierge and reception staff, but otherwise staff were generally indifferent. The hotel is clean but our room was very tired and in need of redecorating. The hotel advertised itself as non-smoking but whenever A/C was on there was a strong nicotine smell in the room and especially in the bathroom. Location was ok, but there is quite a long walk (with luggage) through the nearest MTR to the exit closest to the hotel. The lion and dragon dancers were an exciting and unexpected bonus (we stayed at the end of New Year holidays).

    Compare with Burlington Hotel Island pacific is not worthy at all Reception not really helpful Face paralysis , No Smile Face Bed not comfortable as burlington But Price is double from burlington Design old & don't expect high on the sea view or night view Location is ok , Near MTR & Tram station

    I stayed 3 nights in a superior room with a small harbour view. Room is small but well maintained. Only con is there is no night curtains. The staff is courteous and especially at the concierge, I am impressed by the friendly and excellent service rendered. The hotel location is very convenient with nearby MTR station and many good local eateries. I will be back to this hotel at my next trip.

    We stayed at 1010, 1011for 3 night in January 2018. The rooms are pretty old design but clean enough for a hotel room. Airport Buss A11 is just in front of the hotel, 2mins walk. Local foods and supermarkets are just 8mins walk from the hotel. There are many supermarkets nearby. A wet market is just beside the MTR, 2mins walk. Their wifi is super fast and good.
