Rooms are neat and clean. Friendly staff.
Not the best location for food and shopping.
staff were nice and friendly. rooms were neat but a little bit small (still acceptable). location: not as convenient as many other spots in hong kong. not many dining options around the area. ok for short business trips i suppose.

this is a good hotel, only drawback is that it is not near an mtr stop so you have to take a bus or taxi but the buses are easy to use and frequent.

friendly staff. neat and clean rooms
The hotel is located in a good location. Whilst it seems to be an old hotel, the features and service was quite good so it made it a pleasant visit. For the lcoation it was definatley the best priced hotel of this quality.

Adequate service, location not good.

Location not good as it is 15 min walk to MTR. Having arrived at 02.30 am very angry that hotel still insisted charging full rate to let me check in early. Breakfast very expensive. Room adequate but cleaning etc poor.

Great service - Friendly & Attentive
Great Hotel Management! The hotel staff here will always go the extra mile to help and assist their guests. I believe the Island Pacific Hotel is owned and operated by Sino Group, which is one of the largest property companies in Hong Kong. Therefore, the quality of service is generally ensured.

friendly & attentive service
great service! the staff of this hotel is generally friendly and attentive. they will go out the way to help and assist their guests. the rooms are decent and they have free internet access in the entire hotel, both in room and in the public area (i.e. the lobby & restaurants). they have recently added wifi service in the room as well!
