Set in Koh Phangan, a few steps from Thong Sala Beach, Islandlife Bungalows offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The property is around 800 metres from Baan Tai Beach, 2.7 km from Nai Wok Beach and 5.3 km from Phaeng Waterfall. Guests can dine in the restaurant or a drink at the bar and free WiFi is available. All rooms are fitted with a private bathroom, while some rooms also offer a balcony and others also have a sea view. You can play billiards at the guest house. This place is a must! My favorite place to stay in all of Thailand! Right on the beach! Nothing more to want at this place! Beautiful pool with a pool bar on the beach too so you can choose which one to swim in. Scooter rental with new motorbikes next door, 7-11 real close, as well as laundry, massage, excellent food at the resort & outside too. Light, fun music but also quiet. The best part is how sweet and helpful every single staff member is!!! Thank you so much for making my last place in Thailand the absolute best!!!

Felt 200% at home, incredible service”
When we first entered the room, we couldn't believe how luxurious they were despite the price we were paying. Everyone on the staff was super friendly, the dogs were super cute, and Matt, who runs the restaurant, really goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. It's easy to spend the entire day at the pool and the bar. Oh, and they have a world-class pool table that they sometimes hold small tournaments with, and it's free for guests to use.

Everything about this place is amazing. First of all is the vibe the staff are great, the pool bar was cool and of course the beach view from the room. Food is very good and they have happy hour from 4pm. We loved the place, came for 2 days stayed 2 weeks. Best value for money in koh phangan We'll come back for sure!!

A backpackers dream”
If your a backpacker and you want a cheap place where you can hang out with other travelers and eat cheap food this is the ultimate place for that! The staff is amazing and so helpful they will literly help you with anything you can ask them any question. I learnd alot about thr island just staying in this place. Its very basic, if your afraid of animals and want TV and fast wifi. This is not for you. This is Island life 🌴😁

Would stay at Islandlife every time”
I loved my stay at Islandlife. The location is great, it is in the main town but also right on the beach. There's a great freshwater pool to use if you're looking to stay out of the sea. The property managers are wonderful and catered to all of my needs. From being able to cook a great meal, to staying up and providing drinks, music, and a great vibe if you're looking to hang out late in the evenings. They also arranged for motorbike rentals (+ delivery), and a in-room massage. I would recommend Islandlife to everyone and would not hesitate to return. You are in good hands when staying here for your time in Koh Phangon.

A lot of good things, some drawbacks”
There are a lot of positive things to say about this place - the hosts are super friendly, the location is great for exploring Thong Sala and the internet connection is excellent. We were in the Sea View room and the view is indeed wonderful. There is a very friendly cat that would come in and helpfully hunt down (well, yes) bugs in the bathroom. A problem with hot water was immediately fixed when we reported it, and we felt safe. There are some drawbacks - the biggest issue for us was noise. The ceiling would creak so loud whenever someone upstairs would take a step it would wake us up even from deep sleep. The fridge was so loud we ended up unplugging it. A lesser problem was that other guests were kinda fratty and messy and listened to terrible music (but hey we had our own speaker too for when it got really bad ;P) - the abundance of bros is kinda what you sign up for in a lot of places on Phangan. There was an impressive menagerie of bugs in the bathroom - huge cockroaches on the first day that disappeared when a giant spider with an entourage of smaller spiders showed up and hung out in the same spot on the wall for a day. We took it in stride but it might bother someone else. Over all I see why some people may like it here, but we got kinda spoilt by places in the same price bracket that were a lot more comfortable. Not too bad an experience though.
