Great hotel”
The hotel is in a great location to access all of Roxas city. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent from the doorman to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, nice staff”
This hotel has a nice restaurant\coffee shop, and lovely areas outside to relax. It also has a lovely bakery in reception. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very helpful staff and remarkably good internet speed for Western Visayas, and bandwidth is much faster than any other hotel I have stayed in within Roxas City. The rooms are comfortable, and simple, with a nice powerful shower and basic air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room, but the coffee shop has a wide choice of drinks. I will be booking this hotel again upon my next visit.

Early morning building work that disturbs guest to wake up early. Room faucets were not fixed. To that Male receptionist who dont even bother to investigate my complain about my bill. I have to go to the kitchen to have it corrected.

Located near Robinson's Place mall & the integrated (southbound) bus terminal and a bit more quite environment than in city center. Aside from the hotel resto, it has a cozy cafe in front offering delicious pastry products and an outdoor bar & dining area at night.

Budget hotel and you'll get what you pay for”
If you are on budget, this hotel is for you. Pretty basic and you have to pay if you want to use their swimming pool. Check-in staff is a bit indifferent.

Sad to say, front desk was not accommodating when we checked in. She seems to have issues with our booking via online booking. Nonetheless, our stay was not affected by her attitude. Peace.

Subpar”
Small room, air conditioning was indequate (didn't cool room), pool was closed, in the summer, in the Philippines! Didnt have Internet for 5 hours. The front desk said PLDT was notified. Said they call when fixed. I asked the front desk as leaving for the evening if there was an internet update. She asked for my phone and connected it to the internet. Apparently the password on the slips given at check-in were wrong. It had been changed. She had no slips to give me reflecting the correct password, would she wrote it down for my fiancee to also connect her phone. The last three numbers on the password were changed. And she didnt know. But was chatting on her phone when I walked up to the counter. I asked for a iron and ironing board to be sent to our room. It never arrived. Our room was not cleaned on day two. Also. They have a cost repair list, very detailed for fees you will be charged for a litany of faults. Everything g you ask for is an extra fee. Towels, soap

Dirty and several malfunctioning services & COKEROACHES ”
Several malfunctioning services . Elevator broken when I arrived for several hours and I had to access 3rd floor . Then dirty room with several dirt impact on walls. Shower water over flowing to ground where you wash your face . You end up with a wet and soaked bathroom -comfort room . Insect (dirty ones ) coming out the shower water evacuation pipe as you take your shower that try to escape out while you are running water shower in room 315. Then was moved to room 303 . Room door with a magnetic key disfunctilonal . I end up locked out for several hours outside my room (hence lost hours ) while they were trying to struggle with it with the master key which did not work well . Even they changed battery on door it work twice than stopped working for reopening the door . Sorry is not enough . You need to get things fixed in this hotel and do not let things go to ruin and keep hygiene maintenance up on a regular basis . Never I was offered a commercial gesture . I considered overall service to match price of 1700 php you put for a very small and not clean and Not (functional room and facilities . )NO COKEROACHES INSECT SHOULD BE IN THE ROOM.

I upgraded my booking into a junior suite room and was disappointed with their state room. Too cramp”
The room smells bad like dead cockroach. The key card was not working and you have to have the bell boy waiting dor you everytime you go in and out because the key card is not working. Worst, i left my phone charger and i dont get a call from them whether they will send it to me or not
