A lovely holiday hotel”
My wife and I arrived at the hotel about an hour earlier than the stated check-in time. The clerk at the front desk said that the room was ready and we were able to occupy it earlier than we anticipated. There is a balcony in every room and we were fortunate to have a view of the swimming pools and the sea. Every call to housekeeping was attended to, for example, to change a globe or adjust the temperature of the fridge. I am going to book this hotel again the next time I plan a holiday at the Dead Sea.

Poor Staff Services”
Dangerous Bathroom, without telephone or any other way to communicate in case of emergency, Sliding door that collapsed during our stay. No answer on tel.'s start from Reception to Housekeeping and Concierge, no reply at all. There was no proper attention even after we mentioned the above to the Manager.

Value for Money”
The price we paid for rooms was not even close to worth it for the weekend. Make sure you factor in spending an extra 170 shekel per person for additional meals (lunch and dinner) as there are hardly any other options other than the buffet. All the amenities close early on Friday so its really not even worth it to go on Friday. We also requested a queen bed and just had 2 twin beds pushed together - the beds in general were very uncomfortable and we didn't get a good nights sleep either night.

Very expensive and low value for money”
The lowest value for money I ever had. The service is not good, and at the reception I would even say even bad. Waiting ~40min in the line for check-in or check-out is not acceptable. The staff in the SPA is not polite. The hotel is far from the sea shore. Most problematic is that there are no parking slot at all. Maybe 15 slots for the whole hotel customers.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Exceptional”
Our stay at the Isrotel Dead Sea Hotel was completely delightful. The room was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The location excellent. Staff were all kind and helpful. Loved the Dead Sea water pool and the two other fresh water pools. Both of us have serious food allergies and the staff went out of their way to be sure we could dine without worry. We had an executive level room and the manager of the executive lounge, Sigalit, was especially kind and helpful. She paved the way for our enjoyment.

Great for families but not a 5 star hotel ”
The CONS: The bed at the executive suites was hard. There is no heating in the rooms, so we ordered extra blankets. There weren't many choices of different pillows, and I sleep with feather low pillows, which they didn't have. The 2 treatment rooms at the spa were freezing cold, one of them was so cold I ended my treatment right after the seaweed wrap. No towels offered at the beach, unlike I was told by concierge before we left to the beach. We called twice to the operator to have the luggages picked up but after 1 hour I had to get the bellman myself The PRO: spacious, clean, modern, great food options. Great for families but also offers adult only areas for relaxation. Best beach sand and quality I've been to on Dead Sea!! playroom had many options for entertainment. And above all, if wasn't for the manager to accommodate us after I made a mistake in booking an executive room for my kids, we would not be able to be there. So as far as problem resolution goes, she was amazing.

Pretty average in every respect”
Ein Bokek is a bit like a slightly upmarket Benidorm. Lots of big hotels. Nothing else. The hotels are the large ‘resort’ type things of package holiday fame. The facilities are ok, nothing special definitely not 5 stars. A slightly shabby 4 really. Worst thing was the beer was off in the bar (literally gone off, cloudy and yuk). The best thing was definitely the inclusive breakfast. Delicious.

good floating pool in hotel”
it's too cold to experience floating in dead sea, but there's a good warm pool in -1st floor. Breakfast is good. But the light is too dark in restaurant. Staff are friendly.

Very good”
Excellent location, private beach accessible via the pool. A lot of children with families so it's not ideal for who is looking for privacy and silence. Upgrade to executive floor is better as quieter and breakfast is served in a separate a more quieter restaurant. Amazing views on the Dead Sea. Dinner buffet is outstanding with lots of good choices. There is a very small car park within the premises and the security guard welcoming guests at the entrance is not very friendly. He directed us in a broken English and very rude manners to an external car park which required a phone call to an Israeli number to get the gate to open. Luckily the concierge came to rescue us and offered valet parking which was very appreciated. Long queue at the check-out, took us 30 mins before getting to the reception desk. We asked for late check-out (1 hour extra) but refused, even when we offered to pay for it.

Expensive, but worth it”
The best thing about this hotel is probably the quality of the food. We had breakfast and dinner, and both were exceptionally good. Large choice, made-to-order, authentic and enough to satisfy different tastes. The major downside was the constructions next to the beach: they're building something like in underground passage and reconstructing the road between hotel and the beach, which is very noisy and really takes away from the peaceful floating experience. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, except for one young lady at the reception, who acted like she owns the hotel. Everything we asked for, we got a NO from her: no parking next to the hotel, no late check-out, no wifi... So we started asking other people and things got much smoother on all related aspects.

Amazing hotel!”
We were staying one night in this hotel. I didn't know what exactly to expect but the hotel was amazing There is a small beach right in front of the hotel with sunbeds and parasols There are two beautiful pools and nices beds around it The "Ranch House" resturant is pretty good and the Dining Room is also nice. I highly reccomend this hotel

OK Hotel, but not the type of Spa & Resort type as expected”
Stayed for 3 nights. Cold service without much welcoming smile from many staff-- not even a response to our hello or good morning! Don't understand why the big lobby was full of smell of ugly scent that choked one's breathing with all these chemical. The room's balcony is so small in depth worse than sitting Economy class seat in aircraft, and it is suppose for one to enjoy the view of the Dead Sea. We might have booked in a wrong class of room. We don'y think we had enjoyed our stay at this hotel at all, but unfortunately you don't have much choice either in this area.

Order# 207848851”
Hello, I called the general customer service line last week. When I arrived to the hotel, they demanded another payment of customs tax (17%). I don't understand why it was written "your order was fully paid" if it isn't. I would like to receive an explanation please.

DEAD SEA IN GREAT STILE WITH POOR STUFF”
The hotel is great!! The location and the facilities wonderful. The breakfast is good. Very goof. The stuff could be better. The russian guys (majority there) were great ,but there was a girl (young). She was very rude and bad. She got our Israeli visas to copy and lost my wife' s paper. She have confirmed and reconfirmed that the paper was not with her. She was rude!! Guess...the paper had dropped somewhere in the midst of her way and we find 5 minutes after....but she could help instead of being so rude and repeating that the paper was with us!!
