Isrotel Ganim Hotel Dead Sea”
Had a pleasant stay in room 632. Reception staff were pleasant & helpful. House cleaning was efficient & daily. Room clean & spacious. Breakfast was a variety - but don't ask for tomatoes if there are none out with the salads, because the blonde lady behind the crepe stall won't allow you to take from her. Room key card was not operative three (3) times per day, so had to keep going to reception, as was locked out over the three (3) days of my stay. Enjoyed my stay.

Disappointing! ”
The hotel was disappointing, at best. It was very dirty. There was a roach in the first room given to us - on the bed. The complaint was taken seriously and we were given a different room but the damage was done. The hallways also were dirty. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. There was no AC in the hallways and the AC in our room barely worked. I brought this to the manager’s attention but his only comment was that it would work better when the sensor saw us moving in the room. This may be true, but the sensor cannot pick up movement when we are in bed at night and the lights are out. The unit provided some air, but nowhere near the temperature we set. It was a very hot and unpleasant and uncomfortable night. The hotel beach isn’t across from the hotel, but a 5 minute shuttle ride away on a FILTHY and smelly minibus that only ran from 3:30 - 6, on the half hour. On a positive note, breakfast was great and dinner was pretty good. Plentiful.

Disappointing Stay”
I had trouble from the beginning when trying to decide between the 2 isrotel hotels at the Dead Sea. We wanted the higher end one, but there was no one to help with this info. The rooms were ok, but we had requested adjoining as we had young children with us. They could not accommodate this. Our towels were not replenished often enough and we ran out of toilet paper! The food, tho plentiful, was not up to the standards of other Isrotel hotels that we have stayed at. Very little whole fresh fruit, no nuts or dates, figs, etc. This is israel- where were these foods! The pool area was nice, but should have had more umbrellas. The store in the hotel lobby had no snacks or drinks to purchase and could not charge items to the room- This is highly unusual. As for the staff- smiles would have gone along way. Definitely would not return to this hotel.

Excellent value!”
We spent three nights at this hotel at the beginning of February 2016. Having visited the Dead Sea on several occasions, the quality of hotel is particularly important to us as there is so little to do in the evening and the Ganim did not fail to deliver. The bedroom was clean and very spacious overlooking the Dead Sea and the staff were welcoming and, at all times, courteous and efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal, although we only took this on our last night. Given there are so few food outlets in Ein Bokek, we will certainly consider taking half board accommodation when we make a return visit. The weather was too cold, at least for us, to use the outdoor pool, but this didn't bother us because we were more than happy with the indoor Dead Sea pools, jacuzzis and sauna! On our second night we were treated to some excellent entertainment in the form of a female duet - sadly, we don't know their names - but they really were very good and versatile and would put any X Factor winner, let alone finalist, to shame. If we have any complaint whatsoever, it is one which really was beyond the control of the hotel so we made no mention of it at the time - the bedroom had connecting doors to the room next door and we had the misfortune to have noisy neighbours. The 1.30am disturbance, however, was soon resolved by a loud knock on the connecting doors and an equally loud 'shut up' in Hebrew! This did not, though, detract from our level of satisfaction with the hotel and we shall be looking to make a booking for six of us in June - assuming we can get the same value for money.

A wonderful hotel”
We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Isrotel Ganim a lot. The heated swimming pools with Dead Sea water and sauna were available everyday free of charge. The breakfast and dinner buffet were large and delicious. The personnel, especially the receptionist, was competent and enthusiastic in carrying out their duties. Every room has a view toward the Dead Sea. The hotel is located in a hotel neighborhood in the midst of many other hotels with a nearby small shopping center. A free shuttle was provided driving guests to and from the Dead Sea beach at 30 minutes intervals. Though the rooms and corridors did see better days, the overall condition of the hotel is still good. Next time going to the Dead Sea region we will probably choose this hotel again!

Very good”
All the hotels in Ein Bokek are clustered together but this is a good one and across the road from the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean although feels like hotel overall is a touch outdated but still fine - I think most of the places there are like that. Food is ok. Only buffet options at main restaurant or the lounge (limited choice) but the Dead sea is the star attraction. Service was fine apart from 1 staff who had a poor attitude when I told her the white wine was warm, and she just told me it's from the fridge, like that was supposed to help me.

Excellent”
It was a nice stay at Isrotel Ganim. The highlight of the stay was front desk manager Galina. She was so helpful and nice to us especially taking in consideration that our car battery died when we arrived at the hotel. She and Shura helped us to organize its replacement.

Good choice for Dead Sea ”
Not far from Massada, and some activities in the hotel and around. Large room with sea view, and Dead Sea water in the internal swimming pool + one external normal water swimming pool. Very good breakfast

Exceptional”
Clean outdoor pool with many beds for lounging. Clean dead sea pools. Nice staff. Well decorated lobby. Nice large room (we added a small charge for deluxe) with new looking bathroom. Good food (we only had breakfast, but it was tasty and plentiful). Good location near small shops and beach. Parking on premises near entrance.

Brilliant hotel near the beach”
We loved our stay. The room was very comfortable with a view over the beach. We took the shuttle bus to the private beach to float in the Dead Sea. There is a fantastic spa and outdoor swimming pool. The included buffet dinner was fairly average; however the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.

Exceptional”
The view from our room facing the sea was stunning, especially for watching the sunrise. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The only reason the staff was not 5 star is because of the rude hotel staff woman monitoring the beach chairs. My adult son and I arrived at the beach around 5 PM for our float and tried to purchase chairs for the beach. She said they were closed and she would not take our money. We went near the water and there were approximately 15 unoccupied chairs but not nearly that many people. We selected 2 on which to place our towels. Within minutes she came running toward us and with raised voice and excitement told us we could not use those chairs. Her manner indicated that we were criminals with whom she was exasperated. She grabbed the 2 chairs which we had chosen and took them with her, leaving the other 13 unoccupied chairs. Those chairs stayed on the beach unoccupied until the crew came to retrieve them around 6 PM near beach-closing time. They certainly could have been utilized to hold our towels without any inconvenience to anyone. This rude, unaccommodating hotel staff person was not representative of the other kind staff who we encountered.

Good location.”
Good location as the dead sea is in front of the hotel but like most hotels in Ein Bokek, they are all very near the sea. The room is simple and nothing to shout about.

Great stay for few nights at dead sea”
The rooms are ok, nothing special, but pretty standard thing. Breakfast was so so, just vegeterian choices, i did miss juices (they only had some terrible sweet syrup stuff), also staff is average, not too nice or attentive. Overall is ok for the price as its quite cheaper than the rest of thw hotels in the area abd it does have its beach (the shuttle takes you there) with beach chairs and big pool. I would stay again, eventhough O wasnt impressed.

For us, it is one of the good hotels compared to price and value at the desd sea.

Clueless about customer service!”
My wife and I checked in late at night with our two small children. They said that the family room wasn't requested by Agoda but it was on our receipt. Luckily the receptionist and one of the managers helped find us a suitable room. Those were the only two people that saved this hotel. Everyone else was unfriendly. Even the woman operating the lobby shop quickly shut the door in my wife's face when she tried to buy something a couple of minutes before closing time! We asked for bottled water and were told there was none for guests! In any hotel it is normal to have water for the guest - let alone in the Dead Sea region where it is extremely hot. The restaurant hours were terrible. There was no room service for breakfast! There is not enough room for the guests at the pool and no beach access! Which is just ridiculous. It seems like everything is under construction.

good for a short stay at the Dead Sea”
Most of the hotel facilities are clean and kept in shape - some have seen some time already (the gym, the spa area..). The dining room is loud and noisy but what else do you expect when you are in a hotel with over a hundred beds ? so unless you want it all quite, the hotel is really worth staying, the food is excellent and the restaurant staff is very polite and care-taking. There is a free bus shuttle to a hotel beach - not the hottest spot on earth - but it is safe, free beds and umbrellas and a life guard to watch you not die from the salty water... all in all, the hotel is a good spot for a stay for about 3-4 nights, relaxing and just enjoying the sun.

The best breakfast and dinner on the Dead Sea”
Unfortunately, the first receptionist was rude and disrespectful. My son and I decided to leave this hotel after receiving a key room. It was a slightly different room from which I booked. However, when I wanted to complain and speak to manager, a different receptionist changed my mind. She was very nice and polite, she was planning to fix all mistakes of the first person. I did not want to argue, thanked her, and afterwards my son and I enjoyed our vacation. In addition, the food is great (even though the dinner was a little bit expensive 160 shekel per person). We did not use a private beach, it was not necessary. Parking is on space available basis and free of charge( I have to say the same about all hotels around, but Herod because I do not have any information about this hotel) In addition, behind this hotel you can find a very good free hiking trail, unfortunately I found out about that very late.
