Fabulous location, on the beach and walking distance to everything ”

We loved the hotel, it's modern, clean and located right on the beach. Few minor things to note, the pool is not heated so that if you are there in the spring it's too cold; the gym closes around 7 or 6, so does the pool.. bfst in the hotel is wonderful, $30/person but worth it Location is great, very close to Yafo and downtown Tel Aviv

Big but beautiful.”

The Royal Beach is a large hotel and when its busy, it can feel a bit overwhelming. But size aside, the hotel exceeded our expectations in location, service and style. The rooms are very comfortable for two people and I admired how well the hotel made clever use of all the space in the rooms for storage. If you get a terrace with a view of the sea, there is nothing to complain about. Service was great, especially Daniel, the head concierge who really knows his city and what to recommend. Everyone was always eager to help, including Tamar at the front desk who worked hard to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms. Breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious. Most notable was the swift action the hotel took at 3:00 in the morning when I realized - on our way to the airport - that I had left our passports behind in the room safe. They promptly located them and sent them in a taxi to us at the airport. Albeit a nerve racking morning, they helped save us from missing our flight!

Very good”

Location is amazing, right by the beach on Tel Aviv seafront with lots of bars and restaurants outside, the only downside is that the beachfront entrance is not available and guests need to go out from the back of the hotel to reach the promenade. The hotel pool was too crowded and loud, poor quality selection of wines at the pool bar (there was not even a decent sparkling wine by the glass). Isrotel seems like to have lost its 5 star feeling altogether. We stayed at the Hilton Tel Aviv the week before which in comparison is of much higher standards.

Fantastic place to stay !”

Although we had a back corner room with view on the city rather than on the beach, from the 17th floor it was still quite interesting. Anyway, we were at fabulous beach every day and the location was fantastic, not far from Jaffa and near Carmel Market. There was a lot of work on the beach at the time we were there in April, but only for the best for the months to come. When finished, this place will certainly be the best on the whole beach. The architectural concept of the swimming pool is just fantastic. Although we feel the wind on the 4th floor where the pool is, the water in the pool is slightly warm and so enjoyable that you don't feel like to get out. Also an creative idea to have the pool outside but still "covered". The entrance hall is very luxurious and the ceiling of the lobby higher than a cathedral... the buffet just amazing ! We were very lucky to be there at Yom Hatsmaout and enjoyed the show from the best point of view... too bad we had to come back home !

Returning Guest who is Very Happy”

I was first here in 2013 when the hotel was newly opened. Have returned here several times since. I just really like It! Rooms are very modern, not huge, but great bed, linens, flat screen tv and amenities. Clean and organized. Best part is great staff from arrival to departure and in between. Helpful and always able to help. Late to breakfast, which is one of the very best anywhere, they are accomdating and warm. Location allows walking to different areas including restaurants, shopping and beach. "Upstairs" pool is not large but lovely to sit and relax. Spa is beautiful. Great place.

Swimming pool area is way more smaller then it appears in the hotel images. Note that hotel has accessibility rules for swimming pool area: people who suffer from any skin complications, such as eczema, psoriases, are not allowed to enter swimming pool. However, fantastic beach area is just across the street.

extremely well located. Beautiful pool area. pool hours end early -entrance attendant annoying ”

Lovely hotel in great location with gorgeous pool area. Only annoyances were pool closes at 7 PM ( would be so nice to relax longer at pool) and the pool entrance attendant constantly asking for name and room number was super annoying. They should just allow guests to accompany hotel patrons for a fee. Even at the door to hotel you couldn’t enter the lobby unless you could say you were staying there! I’ve never seen that at any hotel before. What if a non resident wants to come for a drink at the bar?? It’s weird. Makes you feel like you constantly have to justify being there. That doesn’t give a very high end feel. However overall still a great stay and we were moved to an upgraded suite when the one they gave us had poor location which was very appreciated

facilities and food selection good on executive floor. curious how during my 5 day stay I was only asked once for my room number which concerns me none executive paying guests have easy access to the executive facilities. I stayed in the royal suite and surprised for the high cost that balcony/terrace furniture is not daily cleaned. whilst dust/sand is only to be expected in a climate such as Israel, a 5 star hotel should ensure such highly paid facilities are taken care of. The room was regularly cleaned although tables and chairs were not cleaned thoroughly with specs of dirt and fruit visible. The fruit bowl was welcomed although it was strangely refilled each day for only 3 x days but not for the last 2 x days. Once again for such a highly priced room, to expect a fresh bowl of fruit every day is an exceptionally small cost compared to the price of the room. The hotel is beautiful, décor and a place I would return to assuming the above is dealt with satisfactorily.

Great hotel with excellent facilities and staff”

Enjoyed staying at this excellent hotel. Would definitely return.Staff and facilities were great. The swimming pool in particular was superb. Food at the bars by the pool and the ground floor bar were very good, but the cost of wine was extortionate. We ate in the main restaurant. The starters were brilliant but my wife's steak which was ordered as medium/well done was very rare in parts and my chicken was a little on the ordinary side. We didnt eat breakfast but at around £28 a head that too was very pricey
