Nice view of mountains”
At first the road made us confused. There is no proper parking lot in front of the hotel just park one side of the road. I drove pass the hotel to intersection and turn right and found one charming house. I return to left side of the intersection I found Baan Chang which another hotel then I called to hotel and staff helped me find the location. Staff there was so nice. I put my stuff at the room and went to vineyard but fortunately wine bar at the vineyard was closed. I returned to hotel and ask staff about wine bar they said that it only open when have booking of a group of people 10 or 30 persons above I don’t remember exact number. My husband was a bit upset that wine bar at vineyard is close. However, he drunk a bottle of wine and had dinner at hotel restaurant with absolutely nice view of mountains in front of us. It really satisfied us that nice. Tenderloin steak there is really delicious, so juicy, unforgettable taste match well with the issara red wine. Staff are all enthusiastic to work. The room was so lovely. Everything perfect. Classy interior design. TV can work with our Apple TV. ( TV of some hotel not work with Apple TV even expensive hotel, resolution mismatch ) . Wi-Fi is fast and smooth never interrupted. We will stay there again someday. (^_^)

Very relaxing environment. Good to relax and workcation mode. Wine is also good but food is a bit expensive at a dining room (same as others)

Feel like home”
Such a great experience. We originally booked for two nights but ended up staying for nearly a month. The hotel is pet-friendly and our dog is allowed to stay in the same room with us. We couldn't be more happier. The room is spacious and comfy. The staff is friendly and the manager takes great care of us. What I love most is the food here. Very delicious. For those looking to wfh, we highly recommend the place. It is peaceful and quiet. And your pet can freely walk around the hotel along with you. We will surely come back here!

A great stay”
We spent a night here for a long weekend and it was great! The staff gave us a warm welcome despite the late check-in. They accommodated us in rooms as per our request. The hotel gave off a winery vibe which is so magical. We walked around the vineyard in the morning as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Tree House?”
Nice hotel, clean, well maintained room. Good breakfast. A bit out of the way from anything. We stayed in Suite Tree House which is a bit misleading, it is a normal room with a loft.

Good and bad”
The good: Great location, beautiful and spacious room, clean The bad: no wine tasting, not even sold by the glass. Had to buy a full bottle and the wine was just terrible. Not sure if it was only that bottle and I will never know as I wasn't going to spend more money on any of their other wines. When I complained about this, the manager said "Because of Covid"... Also, the cheese and cold cuts platter cost around 600Baht, but was of very poor quality. Could have been so much better.....but let's blame Covid.

Winery resort”
If you really enough the quiet sleep with nothing to do. This is the place. With the rainy season, the sheets and pillows are really moldy. They just can’t vent them out in the room that I stayed at. 310. Got bitten by 3 mosquitoes in the room. So with open terrace, you are bound to get bitten by some. There was a shortage of staffs, but the ones that was there was very helpful and energetic. I think they are all retired, but just doesn’t have any place else to go to.

HAD A GREWAT HOLIDAY”
LOVELY PLACE WHICH IS VERY WELCOMING AND PET FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS (INCL. SUITES) ARE RELATIVELY SMALL BUT COMFORTABLE. THE FOOD MENU IS LIMITED BUT SERVICE IS GOOD.

Great surroundings”
The best about this hotel is the surroundings and the terrace. It's magnificent, especially if you like fresh air, nice views, and hiking! Rooms, room service, staff below par. Wines available only per bottle, no chance to taste before buying (from their own vineyard!). Not our taste after all, but then again, we don't like yeast and acid tast in a Issara Shiraz wine.

Very friendly staff at a cozy hotel”
Staff was extremely nice and provided great hospitality. Unfortunately, the facilities were a little rundown, room was dimly lit, and the winery was still closed. If Issara Estates had a spruce of its facilities and landscape, it would be a very great place to stay and enjoy.

Good”
- Booked a suite with mountain view, but we got a suite with no view. We asked for the responsibility from the hotel and we got only "sorry, we forgot to take the option down when the room is already booked." And sofa in the room was more like a futon. Totally overprice for the room. I asked for the responsibility and we had to go back soon. I told them if they wanted to show the responsibility, please call back. Guess what... never got a call. - Breakfast ended at 11am or 10am. I could not remember exactly. They cleaned almost everything 15-20 mins before it ended. They actually know our room. That we had not had the breakfast yet. But, they ordered us a full plate of breakfast. That was good organized skills. - In the SUITE room, they bathtub had sand everywhere on the tub and we could not use it. - Totally not recommended here. With the price we paid, we would go somewhere else.

Not what it once was anymore”
Friendly staff with views and facilities instagram worthy but appears to be another victim to the COVID recession. 4 star facilities and view but understaffed and appears to be run on a 1 star budget. Winery that ran out red wine, cold showers, and toiletries that were missing (half roll toilet paper) are not what you expect. Pity since the staff are so nice.
