The hotel should have 24 hr food services with better room services. Also, housekeeping should be made everytime which they sometimes forget to do in our rooms. The staff were amazing and were also helpful especially the receptionist Mr Ejajul Haque.

I took a single room with bathroom attached . At night i could not sleep cause i hear people singing and making noise. Had a bad stay. Facilities were good for the price. Overall not good to stay when your traveling alone..

LLegue por la noche,es una zona que no hay nada.Por la mañana pregunte si tenian un mapa para saber en que zona estaba o que habia alrededor pero no tenian y pq insisti y me lo enseñaron en un ordenador. El personal no fue nada agradable porque el dia que me iba y hacia el check out,queria dejar la mochila un par de horas hasta que cogiera un autobus por la tarde y me dijeron que no se podia.He viajado por todo el mundo en hoteles buenos ,hostels y guest house y en ningun sitio me han puesto problemas cuando has estado alojado. Despues de un rato de decirles lo mal que me parecia me dijeron q si lo podia dejar en el comedor, evidentemente ya les dije que no pq no iban a tener cuidado de ella al estar en un sitio abierto al publico y con la respuesta que me habia dado.

The place is well located for travel in and around Andheri. Staff is very courteous, took good care during the stay. Breakfast was well taken care. Decently clean and neat beddings and towels etc. Only negative side, the WIFI was very patchy they couldn't fix the issue. Don't expect big rooms and luxury, but it's well furnished for cozy simple stay.
