Purtroppo troppo sporco”
L'albergo si presenta bene, ma si capisce subito all'arrivo che c'è qualche cosa che non va bene, nel foglio consegnato c'è scritto anche un cesto di frutta, non c'era nella camera, la camera anche se era una suite le dimensioni e cosa c'era dentro non erano sicuramente all'altezza di una suite. Il bagno sporco e la vasca (Jacuzzi) terribile i raccordi arrugginiti, perdite sui tubi, pavimento sporgo sui angoli penso siano mesi che non puliscono. la camera poi il pavimento non viene pulito durante il soggiorno, anche qui si capisce dopo la pulizia giornaliera non si intravedono segni che il pavimento sia stato pulito, fatto personalmente e non vi dico cosa è venuto fuori. Sotto il letto dietro i mobili polvere troppa, penso che non abbiamo mai pulito. Cosa però positiva, hanno una sala x incontri di lavoro al pian terreno, collegato al bar e ristorante. Penso che ci sia un grosso problema del management..non delle persone che lavorano front desk.

ho soggiornata presso questo hotel per una sola notte e mi sono trovata molto bene. mi è stata assegnata una camera di categoria superiore rispetto a quella richiesta (vip room) che,pur essendo di dimensioni ridotte, è dotata di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, frigo bar, tv, computer con accesso internet gratuito, vasca idromassaggio. l'hotel si trova inoltre in una posizione startegica, a due passi dal mercato di ban thiet. se devo trovare un difetto posso dire che la colazione non è particolarmente curata, soprattutto per chi, come me, preferisce la colazione "dolce". nell'insieme il mio giudizio è sicuramente positivo.

La posizione è perfetta per un giro del distretto 1. Camera carina e pulita. Personale poco cordiale. Poco spazio per la zona colazioni. Poca scelta per la colazione a buffet

Best Location, Clean Room, Helpful Staff, Excellent Breakfast Buffet”
Best Location, Just steps away from Ben Thanh Market, and Ben Thanh street food market. on Ly Tu Trong street there's Sushi Tei and Murukama Udon, Thanh Binh Restaurant is around the corner. Also, my inexpensive tailor is steps away on Ly Tu Trong near Truong Dinh. Walking distance Saigon Center and Nguyen Hue. Clean Room, The room smelled like new. and I did not even see one insect. Helpful Staff, Hang at the front desk was very helpful and booked a Grab ride to the airport for only 110,000 VND, Tuyen the maid for the 8th floor kept my room perfectly new. Tan, Hai, & Tam the bell boys were very helpful. Excellent Breakfast Buffet I've stayed at many hotels and the buffet has a wide variety of food. The Beef Pho is the best in Saigon

Great location, walking distance to markets, restaurants, Takashimaya and etc. Zoe, Nini and all the staffs are always so friendly and helpful. To my surprise, they can even recognise me with mask on. Take care there and hope to see you all again very soon.

Not a big hotel but a good one. First time in HCMC and they location proved to be a good one to explore a lot on foot. The breakfast was basic but tasty. The rooftop 9th floor pool was great. Would stay again.

The hotel has everything you need - comfy bed, modern bathroom, free WiFi, breakfast and very helpful staff. Ms Zoe made sure we had everything we needed. She organised an early check in for us which we appreciated so much.

Surprisingly, being a corner hotel of a very busy area, the noise pollution from the city wasnt very loud! The staff were very pleasant and attentive.
