Excellent value for money and friendly staff”
Our stay was not without issues - had to move rooms twice - uncomfortable mattress and then air conditioning failure, but the staff could not have been more helpful and moved us within moments of raising our concerns. Highlights of the stay were the lovely rooftop pool and delicious complimentary afternoon teas. We also booked three tours through the front desk - to the Cu Chi tunnels and the Cao Dai temple, the Mekong Delta and an evening dinner cruise all of which were memorable, enjoyable and superb value for money. The desk also arranged foot massage for me at a sister hotel, which, again, was excellent value for money. Location is very convenient - just moments to the main market and a street food market, with Union Square a further short walk away. I hope we can return one day in the not too distant future. I've been to Saigon tons of times and I only stay at this hotel. The hotel amenities are great, but also at the same time what makes this hotel stand out the most is the hotel's staff. They truly go above and beyond to making you feel welcome and supported. As a person who travels often, and I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world, I can say 100% this hotel is by far the best.

This hotel is currently use for quarantine so they moved us to another location. Make sure you let them know the room size otherwise the move you to a smaller room. Luckily for me I remembered and let them know so the gave me the same room size that I paid for.

Our first room had no window and a bit smelly so for $10US /night upgrade we were moved to a street room which was so much better. The hotel was in a great location which was the biggest plus of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good and the afternoon tea delicious. The pool looks better in the pictures than reality and the rooms could have been better cleaned but overall it was ok. Value for money with location make this a worthwhile consideration. Upgrade to better rooms it’s worth it!

My experience is great. The staffs are friendly. Great variety of breakfast with pastry, noodle, egg and salad, rice with dishes sections. TV channels are great for entertainment in the rooms. Bath tub is overwhelming.

Room - Superb 👍👍 (Suite room) - bathub was the best with jacuzzi.... 👍👍 - bed is very comfy - wifi good - tv channel so/so... - aircon is good too... - room si spacious 👍👍 Pool was under maintenance😔😔 To those Muslim people... - the breakfast is not halal theres is halal restaurant just opposite the hotel👍👍👍 "Otak-Otak restaurant" and there another restaurant afew walks away too....

Value for money. I requested a room with window, however not much difference without the window as the window was block by a taller building thus no special view can be seen to my disappointment. Anyway not the hotel fault. The roof top swimming pool is really nice and the rooftop bar is relaxing. Location is great! It's just 2 mins. away from BEN THANH MARKET and just a 17 mins away from Norte Dame Cathedral and other tourist spots.
