Sistemazione perfetta!!”

Io e il mio ragazzo appena scesi dal traghetto abbiamo noleggiato un motorino cosi da avere il mezzo per andare alla sistemazione, per uscire la sera, andare al mare e poi tornare indipendentemente al porto dei traghetti per la partenza. Ci accontentiamo molto e infatti per il prezzo indicato a notte ci aspettavamo di tutto, invece siamo stati sorpresi nel vedere un bungalow bello, spazioso, funzionante con acqua calda, zanzariere, letto e cuscini comodi, vicino alla vita serale e vicino al mare, anche se consiglio di avere un motorino per andare alla spiaggia di Haad Rin distante forse 4/5 km, la nostra preferita. Siamo stati 4 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, durante la notte con il ventilatore acceso era perfetto, addirittura fresco da coprirsi quindi si può fare a meno dell'aria condizionata. Great value”

I paid 7 Euros for a bungalow with AC and private bathroom. Everything was clean, the room was quite big, location quiet at night. There's really nothing to complain about. The "beach" is very small and not the best but there's a little seating area and bar where you can watch the sunset. Definitely check out the restaurant up on the road. Like others mentioned the service isn't friendly, don't expect a smile, but I ate there 5 or 6 times and the portions are very generous and the food tastes good.

Nice place, Great hosts”

This place was great . We really enjoyed the hosts. Very friendly and helpful. It's not everyday that you meet people like them. The bungalow itself was good. The AC and hot water were both good. The rooms were clean and had kettles for tea/coffee. A decent fridge. Anytime we needed help, the hosts were sure to be there. Location wise , it's handy to have a scooter or bike, as it's a jaunt from the town centre and nightlife. Taxi from the pier to the bungalow was the most expensive so it's worth getting a bike as soon as you get to the island. I think the taxi price was 300 baht per person . Gulp. That's a solid 3 days scooter price. All in all , the place was very enjoyable and the hosts really helped in contributing to our good time there.

Lovely staff and amazing food at the restaurant. I had a very comfortable stay in the spacious bungalow. Quiet area to work as well. Wonderful host, had a great time.

Great for the price ”

Nice location and comfortable room. Only complaint is the curtains do not block out the light so it is difficult to sleep passed 6am. We put the towels over them and that helped.

Good central location in Baad Tai”

There is just one guy who runs ABC Bungalows, about 10 rooms, and he does everything. Check-in was easy. He doesn't smile much and only cleans your room every three days but the rooms are clean. Good shower pressure and wifi. There is a family that lives next door and a strange older shirtless guy who looks homeless. They all walk up and down in front of the rooms during the day. As usual, beware of random soi dogs especially at night. Most will just bark and sniff you but always be aware of this in Thailand. There is a small beach only a few meters away. You can get to the other beaches within a 20 minute motorbike drive. A nice local Thai restaurant on the corner gives you huge portions of food for just 50-baht.

Very close to the beach, fantastic restaurants nearby and a 7/11 as well. The room was very comfortable. In general I would probably say it is a pretty chilled place to hangout and enjoy the island life. Would recommend it to anyone else as well.

Good”

We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall everything was okay, but we were happy to leave because of few things. Due to window type of this bungalo it is hard to air it out and if you don’t have an AC it gets too hot. The design of this bungalo is really deppresing. Darkish wall colour, gold curtains. But for the price, what can you ask... But there is a great place to eat (closest restaurant to the bungalo, prices around 50b per good dish). And 1min by foot there is Challenge Phangan (costs 500b, but is fun).

A kettle to boil water for tea or coffee would make a nice addition. Private bathrooms clean and nice. Bed comfortable. Attached restaurant is perfect.

Nice Bungalow”

We chose ABC Bungalow as it provides satellite TV 7 location is next to the beach and it opposite from PTT gas station. The owner is also helpful as quick reply via chat.Standard Room is spacious,even the fan room ,but it's very cold at night(February). Only one problem is about bed bugs while sleeping at night and parking area for car is not so convenient.

Cheap and Basic, perfect ”

Super basic room, no fridge no kettle, no AC and cheap mattress but what else can you ask for a private room with a fan for 7 dollars, restaurant out front has the biggest-portions , good flavour and cheapest meals in Thailand
