We decided last minute to go to hua hin and randomly chose this hotel on a whim. We came with no expectations and were left in awe as the standard of the hotel, facilities, cleanliness, service and STAFF were exceptional! We ended up staying an extra night because of how relaxed and impressed we were. Special shoutout to the beautiful ladies at the front desk for being so welcoming and patient with my friend and I.

Room: Very Clean and have all facility and amenties (Safe,Hair dryer etc.) Staff: Very Nice and Polite and helpful. Pool: Clean and very good view Food: Breafast have good taste (but some can be improve), Pizza at IVY restuarant is very good. Beach: Quite and clean with beautiful view.

Photogenic resort with great service”
The hotel's design is amazing, with so many photogenic scenes to take pictures. My album really looks like an editorial photo shoot of a magazine! Equally impressive is the staff service, especially the concierge and golf cart drivers. Restaurant menu could be extended, though. The quality of the cocktails could be improved as well but not such a big deal to most customers, I guess. I visited the resort on weekdays, so it was very peaceful. It might be a different story during a crowded period, especially if it were not because of Covid 19....

I booked a room without private pool. The public pool is small but nice. Hotel itself placed on a good spot where it has quite private beach. Things to note are rooms can be far from lobby and it's not that 'accessibility friendly' so your elderly and someone with walking issues might have trouble communicating in hotel area I had a dinner at beachfront lounge. It was really slow as they have limited chefs and I was stay in holiday period. Recommended to checkout outside holiday period. The atmosphere there is real good. Recommended to travel by private car

A great place to relax and enjoy the beach. The beach is just beside the resort. Really wish I could stay longer. Room is very clean. Our children loves it too. The gym equipment looks new.

Love the overall art style of the hotel. The room was extremely thoughtful, extended HDMI ports for watching your own Streams, AUX cable that has integrated speaker in bathroom so you can listen to your music or watch the TV while in the bathtub. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast could be better though.

Very nice Hotel with super nice rooms, even better the bathrooms....the bed was so cosy that even sleeping was an event. An I mean it - the pilows are so so good..... Infinity pool at the beach was the top of the top

Good choice for day-off ”
We had a very good experience here. The mood and atmosphere were nice. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Both the private pool and the main pool are great in either design and location and you can directly access to the beach front. Food was nice but had limited choices especially the in-room dining menu. The hotel is designed with many floor levels integrated which connected using stairs, for example, my room which is located on the 1st floor, has to go down the stair to underground (under the private pool) and go up the stair to get to the corridor and that may not be good for senior customers or people with physical difficulty although the mazed up-and-down circulation makes the hotel looks more interesting.

The price is not so high in hua hin, but the service are good as Let’sea resort. The staff are so kind that always have a big smile on their face and they are really so helpful, you can ask them everything. And their food are tasty and the price are reasonable, just relax and spend a day in the resort, they also have shuttle bus to send you to the town(100 thb/person), just no worries of the traffic. Lastly, i really recommend ty is resort to you guys, it really made my trip.

Excellent architecture with many photo spots ”
The shape of the land is not ideal but the architect can turn the hotel buildings to a very nice place. Many photo spots to take photos, full breakfast buffet , well prepared amenities, only cleaning service that should be improved ( smelly towel and glasses).

I really like that the room is spacey with the balcony that has a daybed even. The pool is really nice too. The downside which wouldn’t be a big problem if you’re really looking for a quiet area, is that it’s a bit far from the downtown. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet and nice area as there’s less crowd at the beach but not if you’re going to visit Hua Hin for the first time, you might wanna consider staying somewhere else in the center.
