Da fuori non é quel che sembra”
Si trova in Una stradina secondaria,non raggiungibile in macchina,ma il vantaggio é che c'è meno chiasso. Da fuori sembra quasi sgangherato e meno sfarzoso di altri hotels. Ma una volta entrati in stanza siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla pulizia,i sanitari nuovi e lo spazio a disposizione. Avevamo acqua in bottiglia e frutta gratuiti. Asciugamani puliti e kit da bagno. Tutto perfetto. Anche il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questo hotel x il miglior rapporto qualità /prezzo!

Mattress was terrible. Wall was filthy. Clean the walls. Paint the walls. While I was waiting in the lobby, a couple left after seeing their room. I stayed since I was too tired to go in search of another room on a holiday weekend. Staff was nice. But I will not book there again.

What an awful accommodation!”
Not recommended. There’s two hotel with the same name. Had trouble finding the place. Poor signage , no numbers given to call for help. Tucked away in a little seedy alleyway. No lift. We booked two family room but only one was received by them. Carried stuff to level4. Building could do with a facelift. Room - remote no battery to control air con. Bathroom have no light. One towel given to share amongst us all. Another room located in another building. Total nightmare. One star is too generous!

Cheap, good location but ”
2mins walk from main party street, right in the centre. Room has a tv, aircon and a shower However, receptionist is never at reception, looks like hotels not even open. Ants and stains in room. No lift, if you have bags, good luck, no staff will help But for such cheap price, can’t complain too much

We were scammed”
Once we came to check in, they said that the electricity doesn't work in the room and they will relocate us to another hotel. They also wanted to keep my passport all night because they didn't believe I did a reservation. The room was downgraded, instead of 2 beds only 1. After a while (it took us an hour to talk), we managed to get the room I actually booked. Such a waste of time and disrespect from our side. Not trustable. The staff pretends they don't speak English and try to scam. :(

Very poor lady reception”
When I check inn the reception lady keeps on saying 3 times that I did not pay when Infact I pay already... And she's very rude not friendly. The hotel is not nice in the actual, but in the picture you really empress. But when u get inside the hotel very ugly and besides that very noisy too. I won't recommend this hotel.

they didn't provide room for me, no receptionist and lock the front door so I couldn't use that accommodation at all. Fortunately, payment method was 'pay at hotel' so nothing with financial issue but I wasted time and energy.

Spacious room with view on city garden, but very poorly equiped, no TV and no fridge. Could have found a better accommodation at nearly 30$ per night.

Great Location”
Room was small but not to small. There is no elevator, so need to carry luggage to the rooms. Staff was friendly and helped to carry one of the bags to the room. Air-conditioning, TV, fridge all worked perfectly. Bathroom was small but clean. Not much noise. Only downside was the view out of the window.

Hotel is decent. Booked the “Deluxe double”. I got a triple rather old room on the 4th floor, no lift. Not noisy during the night. Rather clean. Room is very different as the one shown on pictures here. Different building. Did not include breakfast, I cannot write about it. DO NOT BOOK TOURS WITH THEM. I did the one night two days Mekong Delta. Same as the other cheap tours you could easily buy on the street around the corner. Do not believe them if the say their tours are good, different, all inclusive. Not true. They just charge you double price and set you for exactly the same trash, cheap experience you could have eventually at half prize.

Lost our booking”
We booked 2 rooms for 4 people for 4 nights. We booked with Agoda and paid the full cost online before arriving. When we arrived, first the hotel said they never received our booking. The hotel was full and they didn't have a room for us. We showed them our confirmation from Agoda but they said they couldn't find it. Then they magically found the booking for 1 room (though we booked 2 rooms together). Eventually, after a long time waiting and talking to the manager on the phone, they agreed to find another hotel for us but they asked if 4 people could share 1 twin room. So we had to wait a long time again while the hotel found another room. They told us this was only for the first night and we could come back the next day to stay with Ailen Gardens for the rest of our trip, but when we came back the next day they didn't have a room for us and we had to check into a different hotel again. A very disappointing experience
