Davvero un ottimo albergo. Nel cuore della citta' e vicinissimo ai principali punti di interesse. Molto pulito. Staff cordiae e sempre molto disponibile. Rooftop molto carino, spazio organizzato bene. Colazione eccellente. Consigliato.

È vero che le camere sono un pò piccole e senza finestre (la mia e credo quasi tutte). Ma tutto il resto è perfetto, ottima colazione, bella la spa e il terrazzo con le vasche idromassaggio, il thè del pomeriggio offerto e le pulizie

And to Miss Clue at the reception who always smile and help us on our needs thank you so much and to Miss Vivian who welcome us on the our arrival thank you so much for your sweet smile... and to Mr. Maxi who help us in our check out very convenient and walk with us to the Car and give us our food thank you so much and to Mr. Nhan who always assist us whenever we ride the Grab taxi and always great us everyday. And to Mr. Driver who help us in the Airport... and to all the staff from reception to dining room up to the spa and pool Thank you is not enough to express how grateful we are with your kindness and hospitality. Best Hotel Yet In HoChiMinh”
3rd trip to HoChiMinh and probably the 6th hotel I've stayed in the city. We assume to be the general manager, David, was very hospitable and accommodating to some of our travel changes. He went above and beyond to offer us things even though our travel mishaps were by no means caused by the hotel. The other staff were also very genuine and inviting. Rooms were very clean. The bed was incredible so insanely large, it could sleep about 27 people. The breakfast was also plentiful with many selections as well as a live cooking station. The gym was nice with open air views. The sauna and steam room were great, the steam room was one of the best we have been in. All in all, the best upper mid range hotel I have come across in Asia. Would absolutely recommend.

This place is one with the lot. Excellent location, spotless clean, friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to concierge Max he made anything we wished for happen without money changing hand., fully professional gentlemen that made everything so perfect, totally an asset to the establishment. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller. Food is also delicious, 2 minute walk to Market. 1 minute to the best street food . This is the place ladies and gentlemen. It has the lot. Now our second time here and won’t be the last. Do yourself a favour Alagon ZEN hotel. The Zen pool is great cold warm and hot pools to choose from.. Thanks to all the awesome staff. What a gem of a place”
We so loved this quaint boutique style hotel and we'll definately stay again. It's located in a perfect spot, near everything you need to be near. I loved the rooftop bar/pool. The views of Saigon were amazing as were the cocktails and food and staff and everything. Each afternoon they served "afternoon tea" for the guests. It was free for all who stayed and was delicious. The mini bar in the room was also free for guests. All these little things made our stay enjoyable and happy. The room itself was just fine. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Highly recommend it to all who are considering it.

My husband and I spent his birthday weekend at the Alagon Zen and it was spectacular. Check in and out was a breeze with Quinn, and all of the staff we encountered were fantastic. We chose one of the windowless rooms since we have a hard time sleeping with light coming in the room and contrary to some reviews I have seen, the room was a perfectly good size and was extremely comfortable. Free minibar was stocked everyday and housekeeping did a fabulous job. The rooftop pool is small, but a fun place to hang out and I'm just disappointed that I did not take the time to use the sauna or steam room. Great cocktails at the bar on the roof as well. Only negative that I noticed was breakfast seemed a bit understaffed, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

AMAZING !!! From check in to check out 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. 1 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Centrally located to walk, scooter or cab all parts Ho Chi Minh. Good sized rooms, roof top pool with an incredible view of the city. Extensive/delicious Buffet breakfast, High Tea and mini bar are all included in your room rate. I could go on and on about the hotel amenities but the real gem in this place is the customer service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had a mishap with my phone and Mr. Max along with the rest of the Alagon staff helped me remedy the situation. Had I not had their help and patience I would have never been able to figure it all out. You can bet I will tell all I know who travel to Ho Chi Minh that Alagon Zen Hotel is where they should stay. From Mr. Max to Ms. Quinneth and the rest of the Alagon staff (unfortunately I did not get everybody’s names), THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU/ cảm ơn bạn, cảm ơn bạn, cảm ơn bạn.

This is my first time to stay this hotel, but since I entered the hotel, I knew I am gonna love it. We stayed two nights in one of the room without window. The room is clean, neat, warm. I felt comfortable the whole place. The staff was very sweet and nice. some of staff can speak Chinese, so there is no problem with the communication. The breakfast is good. The room I booked including the free afternoon tea and all drinks you can drink in my room's fridge. It's so worthy to stay here. I have to say thanks you very much the staff "Max" and "A li" . They are so helpful for me.

Wonderful stay at Alagon Zen! ”
We had a wonderful stay at Alagon Zen. Room is new and clean. Breakfast, tea break and room service was excellent! Roof top bar is so zen! Perfect for chillout. All staff from front desk, to bellboys, housekeepers and staff at restaurant are friendly, helpful and professional. We would like to thank everyone especially those who work between 13-17 Apr. Thank you very much! Not forgetting Queen from front desk, thank you so much for your patience and assistance. We will definitely recommend this hotel to families and friends.

The best part of this hotel is the first one is the kindness of the staff, and the second one is the location. I was pickpocketed on the street and came to the police station, but the officer said he couldn't speak English and offered to go with me first. Without that employee, I would have had to come back from the police station doing nothing. All the other staff in the hotel were also very kind and friendly. The hotel's location is so good that you can get to the Bentan Market, Saigon Square, and V-Vivi on foot. 100% hope to visit again.

This is a lovely , central place to stay. Our bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. Thank you to housekeeping for making our room so comfortable every day. The front desk staff are very helpful and all staff very courteous. We mentioned that the air conditioner was a little noisy overnight and staff was apologetic and looked into it immediately. We would most definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. Our only negative comments are that none of the pepper shakers at the breakfast tables had any pepper (we checked 6). Also, the coffee was always luke warm.

Exceptional Service and Facilities”
I stayed in 5 hotels in Ho Chi Minh City and this one was the most fabulous one in terms of decoration, service and overall facilities. Everything is done with love for details. Free afternoon tea is served from 15:00 - 17:00. And it's not only tea, but a whole selection of tasty cakes and kind of dim sum. Breakfast is tasty as well and far above average for a 4 star hotel. There is a rooftop terrace with bar, pool, sauna and steam room. The steam room has a big window direction west, making it very special at sunset. The pools are rather small but big enough for a cool down after a city trip. Staff is very attentive and professional. Especially Dais and Max at reception. And a very big thank you to Ali, the butler at the entrance taking care of everything even before you enter the hotel. I had to box a bicycle and Ali helped me with tools and whatever was needed to do the job... and it was great fun to do it with him together :-) Number one!

Stayed at this cozy but efficient hotel twice on our trip and both visits were very pleasant. Our rooms, as was the rest of the hotel, were clean and very well maintained, not to mention very beautifully decorated. Staff were very professional, helpful and otherwise pleasant to deal with. We didn't have any dinners in the hotel's restaurant (there's an excellent covered food market just down the street) but their breakfast offerings were above average. The fact that it's a smaller hotel gives one a homely feeling from the moment of arrival. We can highly recommend this hotel.

It was perfect”
It was so satisfying stay. Staffs were sooo sweet and tried their best to offer the best service. The room was perfectly clean even hard to find a bug. There was no window though, it didnt matter much cuz the room was quite spacious.(there are rooms with windows of course) Breakfast perfect, Pool was a bit small but well decorated and cocktails in there were also good😊 Location and price are perfect also. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is fantastic in its cleanliness and service. The decor is Japanese Zen, and very beautiful. Location is perfect, right smack in the middle of District 1 and only 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market and 10-30 minutes walk to other tourist locations, and the street is quiet compared to some other locations with no loud pubs or bars booming music away all through the night. Overall, a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next stay here.

One of the nicest and coziest boutique hotels i have stayed at. The rooms are clean, beautiful and have a very classy vibe! Being centrally located this hotel made an ideal place to stay, with everything being away by a short walk. Located around good restaurants and a big market. Lots of spas and swim wear stores on the same lane as the hotel. One must not miss the nail bars, hair stylists and the excellent spa.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Cochin Zen. It's probably the stylish place in the neighborhood. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff was very accommodating, just like they were for the rest of our stay. Despite having limited space, the hotel has a very interesting Japanese feel to it that makes us feel very comfortable. Free access to the gym and dry sauna room on the rooftop is a bit plus as well. Thank you!
