We are Family of 5, 3 Adult and 2 Kids We got an executive room with two room inside in a really good deal. Rooms are so huge, organised and clean. Beds are comfortable. Huge parking space at the basement. Breakfast is amazing, staff are helpful specially the receptionist. Located in a really good place, so close to famous international chain of restaurants. We really enjoy our stay to this hotel and will probably stay to this hotel once we travel to Jeddah.

Good option with some shortfalls”
Well, it was clean but bed was not comfortable. Also, receptionist were nice but room service staff who brought breakfast was not friendly and not a good thing to see in the morning

Looks are deceptive ”
The photos they took was amazing but everything else is below average. The location is in front of a construction site and the noise from the street is heard while you try to sleep. The furniture is overused especially in the living room and no change was done it. The pool is not safe for children and is built in a very sloppy way with tiles loose around the pool which is a hazard.

The hotel is very well located with only walking distance to eateries and shopping Staff were pleasant and helpful Breakfast was not one that befits a 4/5 Star ratings... limited choice with same food every morning
