Good hotel for families”
The hotel rooms were clean. My air con leaked but it was fixed 1 hour later, good job! The in-room dining had a good choice of local food, affordable and good portion. B'fast buffet was good too. My 10 year old daughter was not charged unlike Aston Inn Batu. Lastly I like the herbal welcome drink from the water dispenser and good to have the minimart at the lobby. If I return to Jember, I will book here again. 🙂

Great hospitality from Aston Jember”
This is the first experienced for me that I almost lost something at a hotel. When I realized I missed something at the hotel, I called the receptionist and they found my belongings...without anything missing.. Really great job for the security too... Thankyou so much for your help... I forgot the CS' name.. Thankyou once again.. Keep up your good work...

Best option in Jember”
The place is quiet but still near to the city. The room is quiet tidy, the facility and the staff are very good. But, the wall inside the room is a little bit thin. You could hear someone speaking in the other room. 9/10 would recommend this place to anyone who have a plan to stay in Jember

Nice hotel and good location”
The receptionist was very polite and even helped me to buy food online because it was already in the wee hours when I checked in. The room was decent and the breakfast menu was OK.

every time I Visit to Jember we always stay in this Hotel. Still Good Hotel and good breakfast,just small renovation for swimming pool but that fine. will come again on my next holidays

Clean hotel and friendly staff.. loved the no bottles policy for green environment.. but the bed is so so, and the bathroom cant be locked..

Chain Hotel in Small Town”
As a first chain hotel in Jember, Aston Hotel has a higher standard than others. I suggest you choose this hotel if you are used to stay in chain hotel. Some factors that must be consider are the location is not in the main road, the restaurant is small, and you must fill your own bottle. But overall I'm satisfied with the comfort ambience inside the room, clean bathroom and good water flow, and mini store inside the hotel.

I was given double bed at first but when requested they changed my room to room with twin bed. At the description, it says that my room will have bathtub but sadly no bathtub available in that room. I was lazy to go and change the room again. Otherwise, breakfast was great and other facilities are also okay. Staff all very friendly.

Was here for 2 days, came in early and requested an early check in, they called me an hour letter saying my room is ready and the baggage that i left at the receptionist was put inside the room already. Pretty helpful and prompt. Had no trouble w the room either. Everything was nice.

good place to stay, clean, nice staff the facility also very good, although we only enjoy the pool with the kids. Food was average though. But still, I will recommend this place.

Good location n good service but.....”
Location is good, warm welcome n good service.. But oohhhh......breakfast is terrible...need improvement..your staff give me n the rest of the guests very oily fried eggs...are they well train????n a few food taste horrible, especially the fried bee hoon... I think it’s time to change the towel..come on your towel is worst then the mat...
