The best hotel stay of my life, almost”
The service is extraordinary. We had an issue with our room (drawer stuck), and it was fixed immediately. Food was excellent, the chef came out to check if we liked our meals (pan seared scallops, cooked to perfection). Tranquil and meticulously kept grounds and facilities. The little shuttle boat was fun and quick enough to get into the town. The one bothersome thing were the children of other guests; they were noisy and rude: 3 times, different groups of children just helped themselves to our bicycles without asking and did not return them. We finally gave up on asking for a bike and walked around instead of biking. I think adding little locks to the bikes, or a sign that we could put on the seat says "taken" might be helpful.

A wonderful weekend getaway”
Since all international flights remain shutdown, we decided to visit this lovely resort in Can Tho. The service and the food during our stay were great. The executive assistant manager Patti and chef Ricardo are extremely helpful and friendly, which made our stay extremely pleasant. It's a small resort, but we are happy and satisfied with all the resort has offered. They import chicken, beef and other ingredients from other countries, which enriches the flavors and varieties of food selections. Although the location is a bit far from downtown, that's what you seek for when you go to a resort. Oh, the sky and the river view is stunning in Mekong Delta.

Amazing place”
I cannot recommend people enough to visit Can Tho and see the true Vietnam. A stay in Azarai is recommended. First of All the high standard of service, the lay out and design of the resort and the location makes it unique. So quiet and just a 5 minutes complimentary boatride from the Can Tho city centre away. The food is very good here too. Breakfast can be pricy but it is a la carte and has a high standard of quality. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you Patti and Dung for a wonderful experience.

The villa was excellent. We enjoyed the extra touches like afternoon tea served in the afternoons. And the yoga workshops. We’d like a little more variety in the restaurant for dinner but everything we did eat was superb. The boat service is freely available and the special sunset cruise with hospitality offered by the manager and his staff was just lovely.

Check in for some Mekong luxury! A quick (free) 5 min boat ride to Azerai from their stunning reception/pontoon. All rooms are like villas, but can higy recommend booking a private pool villa, just stunning! Really enjoyed the sunset cruise and cocktails. We will be back

Amazing resort, possibly the best place ie ever stayed. I can’t recommend it enough. I did two tours through the resort and loved them both, and only wished I stayed longer so I could have also relaxed more at the beautiful property.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Azerai Can Tho - the staff were extremely efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved our lakeview room - extremely clean and comfortable. As it was still Chinese New Year season, the lion dance performance was a real treat! A nice resort to getaway in Can Tho”
I took my mum and my brother here for a quick one-night getaway as we live in Can Tho. Everything was good, staff were attentive and food was delicious. During peak times, buggy request might not be available and you might have to walk to the reception to check out.

A great place to disconnect to the world”
A well designed resort with lots of green, nature sounds and lotus. I love my stay here. The room was nice and clean with garden view. We had bikes to go around. The boat was at service 24/7 which is great. The food was not so much an impression. The staff were reluctant to say “xin chao” or avoidant when they encounter guests. Overall, it was great but customer service and food quality could be improved.
