perfetto per la visita al Cenacolo, prezzo super”
B&B situato a pochi passi dal Cenacolo e santa Maria delle grazie (che è il motivo per il quale ho prenotato in una zona così particolare di Milano, deserta nel fine settimana); personale disponibilissimo, Luca è stato davvero cortese. La stanza 174 è abbastanza scomoda: un primo ascensore, lungo corridoio, secondo ascensore per una rampa si gira l'angolo e terzo ascensore finale. La camera è molto basica, bagno pulito a parte un capello sul lavandino, cassaforte e frigorifero. Al piano -1 grande sala per la colazione e sala "lounge", per rinfrescarsi e riposarsi dopo avere vagato per la città in una giornata afosa. Molto decentrato rispetto alla zona che prediligo. Rapporto qualità assolutamente prezzo eccezionale.

A fine di una lunga giornata ho fatto una super doccia bollente (getto largo e potente) e mi sono lasciato cullare dalla sedia a dondolo in terrazza (zona silenziosa)

Location is not in a busy bustling too touristic place. Staff was nice! Room was cute and cosy. Maybe we were missing a little fridge, but it was ok. Great location close to metro, tram and bus stops. Also closeby numerous other grand sightseeing landmarks.

They can help to store luggage but need to store ourselves, they gave us the store room’s key, we need to bring our luggage in -1 level and lock our luggage ourselves, that means, every guest can access to the luggage room, that is very unsafe!!!!!!! 6 mins walk from Metro (ambrogio); room is clean and spacious, seems like newly renovated as there is usb charger, thats all

We stayed one night here and everything was fuss free. We reached Milan early so we left our luggages at the B&B. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier than usual. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive when I emailed them. The B&B is a 7-10mins walk from Metro line but area felt safe and secure. We got a one day metro pass so we could take both the bus and trains. Room itself was simple clean and spacious. I would have liked for the bed to be more sturdy but that’s just personal preference. Their breakfast spread was 7€ per person and looked amazing but we didn’t get to try it. Had a great stay here all in all.

Bland exterior but modern interior with bright fresh decor. Quiet location within easy reach of the nearest Metro line. The church facing outdoor terraced rooms on 4th floor were small inside but with memory foam mattress & pillows, decent size smart TV, small but powerful shower with plenty hot water. There arent tea/coffee facilities in room but for €7.90 pp breakfast gets you as much tea & coffee as you like with continental offerings (plus sausage & scrambled egg).Staff were very helpful and friendly . All for £85 a night through Agoda was very good value.

Best shower of our 3 week tour through several countries. Comfortable bed, clean room and common areas. Nothing much in the neighborhood in the way of food or other things. Not a long walk to the nearest train station.

Would definitely stay here again, perfect location. We stayed in a room with a balcony, would recommend this esp in summer time, balcony is so big we basically stayed out on it the whole time, lovely with few beers to relax after busy days sightseeing

Value for money hotel the price was reflected by the fact they didn't have a bar of any kind only a fridge at reception with beer and wine and soft drinks which you couldn't purchase after 11 o'clock as everything was shut up. also no mini bar in rooms so if you want a drink later on you need to take your own back with you. This hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere with not much else near it which meant a twenty minute walk to get to restaurants and bars
