posizione poco servita , per andare al ristorante devi farti venire a prendere ma poi non puoi andare in giro perchè ti riportano all 'hotel. per comprare la frutta devi andare in bicicletta che la signora offre gratuitamente. nell'insieme positivo.

I have stayed here numerous times because it is consistently a pleasant experience. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanyanan is very friendly, helpful and generous. She goes out of her way to make your stay a good one!

Lovely small resort very close to the beach ”
We had a room at the resort and it was delightful. The rooms are a good size, have a small love seat and coffee table and a 3/4 fridge for keeping goodies cold. The grounds are extremely clean, everything is very well maintained and the pool is clean and refreshing. It is only a five minute walk to a huge beach, about 4 km long and a ten minute bike ride into Khanom for food and drinks. The lovely landlady at the hotel provided us with bikes to use for free, what a great bonus. Thanyanan is a wonderful host, very attentive without being intrusive, she even made us mango sticky rice one day. The wifi is strong, Thanyanan provided fresh bottled water, crackers, coffee and tea every day...there aren’t any negatives. Our friends stayed in a one bedroom bungalow and they loved it as well. Even pool towels provided. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

Fantastico”
Lovely Thai lady owner, will do anything for you. Nice little place, peaceful. Near to beach to walk but transport needed for shops, restaurants etc. They can rent you a motorbike or organise motorbike and sidecar. Free use of pedal cycles.

Clean and pleasant”
I have stayed here multiple times, as it ticks all my boxes: clean and simple, quiet, very close to the beach. The rooms are a good size, with refrigerator and hot water heater. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for budget accommodation near the beach.

a great little place to relax”
I stayed in this place for a few days. It was great! The room was clean and I had everything I needed. It's also very close to one of the beaches. Unfortunately, it's not close to the shops or restaurants. There are bicycles that you can take for free, but I always find it hard to cycle in the heat, besides you can't get to some of the attractions by cycling unless you're very fit. So, I rented a motorbike from the owner, who is a very nice lady and very friendly. She's now building a swimming pool, so there's no garden and the outside doesn't look that attractive at the moment, but wait until the pool is done and built. It will be an even better place!

This place is very clean and comfortable. Although it is not right on the water, a lovely beach is within walking distance. The owner is very sweet and helpful. A good option!

Basic Value Property with Great Service”
This is a basic no-frills property within walking distance of the beach. The rooms are very clean with TV, wifi, and awesome hot showers. The great thing here is the staff, they are EXTREMELY kind and helpful and will assist in any way possible.

Perfect”
We really enjoyed our stay. Thanyanan is a super nice thai lady - very helpful and warmhearted. We had good talks. She drove for us to the mimibus station to take a photo of the time schedule. In the early next morning she drove us to the mimibus station. All Khanom people we met were super friendly and helpful - even more than thais in general. We just can recommend Ban Thanyanan!

Great place, amazing owner”
The room was really nice, with a sofa and coffee table, fridge and kettle. Three owner was amazing! Very friendly and helpful, goes out of her way to meet all your needs. She drove us to a restaurant for free, made breakfast for us when we had an early morning. She really makes this place special. The only downside is the 5 minute walk to the beach, there's only 3 restaurants in walking distance (5-15 minute), and the bed is not a king size.

If you are heading to Khanom and are on a budget, I recommend Ban Tanayan. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. While not located on the beach, Ban Tanayan is within walking distance, and cheaper than most beach locations.

Great stay during the Khanom marathon”
We signed up very last minute for the marathon and found all hotels booked up and with their prices four times higher than usual for the season. Ban Thanyanan hotel had some availability and had not increased their prices. They are a two minute walk to the beach, the room was very clean and the AC worked well. The owner was very friendly and offered great service. She let us check in early and when we asked how much it would be to rent bikes, she just lent them to us for free. After checking out, she even offered to drive us to the bus stop which was much appreciated as our legs were very sore from the race.

Best place around”
Facilities: This place was one of the few that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable with heated water that actually worked. I rented their cheapest room, and it was still much larger than any other place around. A little table and couch along with a table outside. Location was just across the street from the beach, which is no problem here because there is a ton of beach access with no one around. Staff: I loved the owners. I rented a moped, but rarely had to use it because the owners were gracious enough to show me around to all the sights. I could tell they were making a great effort to cater to me. They really care about their business, something that is rare these days. They did not disturb me when I was relaxing, but they gave me extras of all things I would need in the room. It was a very nice blend of seclusion and the personal touch. Conclusion: I would highly recommend this place. It made my visit to Kahnom very pleasant.

Great for those with their own transport”
Very clean, good quality fittings and aircon, good car parking. Beds a bit firm for some Western tastes. Suits anyone with their own transport, and who don't mind using it to get to restaurants a few minutes away. A nice one-night stop-over to combine a nice beach within 30 minutes of the car ferry to Samui.
