Chilled beach-side huts”
Great place next to the beach. We had a nice bungalow/hut with everything we needed and AC, as the cheapest place in Khanom (on Agoda). Local tours picked us up from here each day, and great restaurant 100m walk away (Moji) so found we didn't need our own transport despite being 3km out of town. Friendly staff, who arranged a reasonably priced lift for us to the Koh Tao ferry at Don Sak.

Excellent rustic seaside bungalow”
We stayed in a basic bamboo bungalow with good facilities (shower, toilet, moveable fan, kettle, free drinking water, balconies front and back) right next to a long, very quiet, sandy beach. Bars and restaurants nearby but the town and shops are a short scooter ride away. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always on hand if needed. Although the beach is excellent we did encounter jellyfish and got stung once. Very painful so caution recommended.

Tha furnishings are a bit threadbare, but apart from that this is a nice place with a very friendly staff. Close to an amazingly quiet beach.

Authentic! ”
Bamboo bungalow was as stated in the photos. Kanom is expensive in general for no apparent reason. Worth a stop. Family nice and pleasant.

Nice place to stay”
We stay 1 night in this place. The owner is very kindly and honest. Bungalow is small but clean and with all you need if you don't have special needs. Maybe is not the best for long stay but to spend few night and with a small budget is ok.

Friendly staff, quiet bungalows. It's only a short walk to the beach where small huts invite you for a nap. Next time we'll stay here again.

OK Bungalow on a So-So Beach”
To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Khanom or the Gulf Coast. In my opinion, the beaches are nothing special, especially compared with Krabi and other spots along the Andaman Sea. There is a ton of garbage on the beach. Not sure why Bansonmanee doesn't build an access point down to the beach or at least clean things up. You have to jump down a small ledge and over a bunch of trash to get to their beach. I thought the bungalow was a bit overpriced. My bed did not have a top sheet or blanket. It definitely could have been cleaner. Not having a restaurant on site was disappointing. Overall, I was not impressed with the place nor with other local establishments.

Bungalow style, Super clean, worth a visit”
Considering the choices available at Khanom, this is a great place to stay. Set on the beach side of the main road, super clean style bungalows, friendly staff. You will need your own transport if you want a pool or restaurant. Khanom is the place were you do nothing all day with an amazing beach view.

like a posh hut, with onsuite bathroom. back to basics with comfort and on the beach, go to sleep to the sound of waves (and crickets or similar)

Very nice and calm place”
I stayed in fan bamboo bungalow. The hotel is on the first line and has its own beach just in 1-2 minutes walk from bungalows. Hotel staff is always ready to help. At the time there was very small number of tourists. Maybe that is why the place was very calm and quiet. I can't say anything about kitchen or food here, because used free bicycles available to get to cafe in Khanom. Hotel has very good value for its price. I will definitely return there to stay for some weeks.

Nice bungalow by the beach”
The bungalows were right next to the beach which was great. We were the only travellers there at the time and because of that we got to choose the bungalow we wanted, as we booked through agoda we could have even got the best one but we preferred the bamboo type. Everything was clean. However, at 8:30 when we decided to have dinner at the restaurant it was closed but the owner kindly gave us her motorbike to drive to the town to get food. Although that shouldn't have happened but it is Thailand after all! We enjoyed our stay

Peacefully happy place”
We were really happy in this place that it was really hard to leave. In fact we extended our stay by five days, skipping other planned destinations, feeling totally fine with what we had here. The place was especially great for our 6 year old daughter who could roam the resort rather freely and safely. There's rarely any traffic coming in. The sea is so shallow we could stand in it quite a stretch, but fun waves crash to shore. Great for jumping and playing! the beach is pretty clean, lots of interesting nature. We even saw dolphins jumping at the southern tip of the beach. The stray dogs on the beach are few and act friendly. The people at the resort were very welcoming and relaxed. we had a lot of privacy but also support, when we asked for it. There's little tourism here, which we liked. One does need a motorbike to get around. There's little food options in walking distance. Basic breakfast is available at the resort and cc bar, 200 m south on the beach offers some tasty food in the evenings. Also very pleasant place for pool, jamming or occasionally live music.

Le Calme dans la nature”
Il suffit de traverser le jardin pour se retrouver sur une magnifique plage peu fréquentée. Les bungalows atypiques en bambous sont confortables avec un balcon et un hamac. Des vélos sont mis gracieusement à notre disposition pour rejoindre un petit restaurant peu cher ou bien le marché. Le personnel est aux petits soins, adorable.

Sehr ruhig, nahe dem Strand. Mit Auto super Entfernung ins Dorf. Vermieter spricht kaum Englisch, deshalb wenig Kontakt. Alles sauber :)
