Yo It's Nice”
Very nice place. i happened to get it off season for about $520 a night (namsan pool premiere). You're paying premium dollars for a premium spot. Rooms are ridiculous nice. The pool in the room will make your room very humid so if you aren't going to use it or if you plan on sleeping turn it off a couple hours out. Con: As i got out of the elevator i can hear other people within their room. Just something to keep in mind. People outside the room can hear you pretty clearly. P.S. get a massage from the spa. you will not regret

Perfect for an Event and Relaxing Day”
The hotel is an amazing spot for relaxation as well as planning for an event. I was able to prepare my proposal surprise in the room and the staff were very accommodating for all my requests. We were able to enjoy the pool and the mountain views even though we were in the middle of Seoul! it was a great spot and would go again :)

Best hotel exp ever”
Staffs were par-exellence. Sometimes they even recognized what we needed before we asked. I deeply appreciate their kindness and for being there for us during the entire visit. Room condition was excellent as expected, and the view was astonishing. Can't wait to stay again!

Good place to relax and rest. Fantadtic breakfast selections and quality, though guests are requested to wait for 15min before the table is available. Friendly staff. Room is humid for th bathroom ventilation is bad. Location is not convenient if shopping and sightseeing are the major focus.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, but charges extra for use of facilities like the pool and spa. The room is nice but the decor is somewhat dated. The AC was not cold. But the in-room pool was wonderful. Worth booking if you can get a significant discount.

It was not that happy stay, there wasn't any notice for the closed facilities. Even there was no excuse for that when we checked in. The room was so cold at night even the heater was on and the pool inside of my room was not clean at all. Moreover a staff from the service centre had treated Agoda guest so badly, she was so unprofessional and made this stay even horrible before we arrived. If there is a problem with Agoda booking system, it shall be figured out with Agoda not with guests. She blamed to guests, how bad! Not worth for that much money at all.

There was a lighter on baby bed. The staff came to apologize and said it was an accident. I don't care whether it was an accident tbh; what if I didn't notice that first and my baby put it into her mouth?!?

A nice to place for vacation”
We had s nice stay here. Although the location is less convenient compared with other hotel, it does gives the cosy vibe that makes you feel so relaxed in the hotel. We enjoyed the pool in our suite. The staff were friendly and helpful! Will definitely visit again !

My baby really liked the relaxation pool in the room. The view was so nice. It's expensive, but I thought it was worth it. It was unfortunate that there was no convenience store in the hotel.

I wanted to book a room with pool but accidentally book a club suite. But room was perfect, very spacious and clean. Everything was awesome including staffs and facilities. Outside pool was a bit expensive but worth visit.

2 nights stay at the pool suite, some distance from town by walking in winter, taxi advised. nice view toward N Seoul tower, and friendly staff with fast respond. Room are clean and comfortable, too bad that pool are not jacuzzi.
