Perfectly good hotel”
I live out near the airport and occasionally I like to stay in a hotel in the CBD. This time I wanted to stay near Bui Vien St (you either like it or hate it; I like it) and this hotel appeared to be one of the nicest in the immediate area. It is down the alley where you see Yellow Cab Pizza. The room is adequate and clean. The pool and restaurant area are a great place to unwind. The breakfast was decent. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Late-night noise is a consideration. Even though the hotel is a half a block from Bui Vien st. there is still noise even past 2 am. I had my "rain" app on but I ended up having to put on headphones to completely drown out the thumping music with rain sound. This isn't the hotel's fault but if you do stay here, earplugs or are headphones are something you don't want to leave home without!

Great Way to End 2 Weeks in Vietnam!”
After traveling pretty rough over two weeks in Vietnam, the Beautiful Saigon Hotel was such a great way to finish up my holiday. We checked in late evening with no problems, the staff were wonderful and helpful.. suggesting yours and places to eat. The room was exactly as it looked in the pictures online, the beds were very comfy - which was such a joy after experiencing so many very firm mattresses across Vietnam. The included breakfast buffet was great, so many choices to pick from, the bar staff were always attentive and very friendly. The pool was always inviting and the bar area around the pool was a nice place to relax. Cannot fault this hotel at all, would happily recommend! Also if you’re a fan of Mexican food, try Nonla Guys who are across the lane from the hotel!

This place is so beautiful! Loved the pool, food was delicious and rooms were a good size and cleaned everyday. We sat at the bar one night and had a great time with the staff. One young girl named Taam who works there was so kind, friendly and helpful!! Free breakfast had a great choice and cocktails were tasty.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel”
The room was perfect and gave us everything we needed. ( the shower did flood everytime we used it but the mat catered for that) The pool was lovely and refreshing. The cleanliness was excellent as were the other facilities. The only frustrating aspect were some of the staff. While the porters and the receptionists could not be faulted in their level of service, always friendly, always helpful and couldn't do enough to assist in any way possible, the opposite could be said of the staff in the dining/pool area. With the exception of one or two, the rest were more interested in talking to each other and scrolling through their phones than assisting customers. Every customer including myself who wanted anything had to call them over or go to the food area and ask for what was needed. It was a shame as this, only slightly, let down what was a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.

The place was great for us. Just around the corner from all the fun, but nice and quiet to have a sleep. Staff were great from front desk to cleaners. Pool was great and live band a nice little treat! If I go back to HCM, I will be staying there!

The staff were helpful. The room was a good size and clean. Great location if you want to be by the bars and restaurants. Location is on a pedestrian walk way with lots of places to eat and no traffic noise.

Eccezionale”
We recently spent 4 nights in a standard pool view room and really enjoyed our stay. There was some noise from walking street at night but only to be expected when you are so close to all the nightlife. The hotel location is great in what can only be described as a quiet back street close to everything. The facilities, staff and breakfast were good, the cleanliness of the room could have been improved but was acceptable. Having a pool in such a location was the added bonus and very enjoyable being in the bar/restaurant area, the hotel also has a sundeck above the pool little used when we were there but very handy for relaxing on loungers after being around the crazy city. We spent 3 weeks in Vietnam using 5 different hotels and this was one of the best, will definitely return.

Absolutely recommend with no reservations. The serving staff in "The Oasis" restaurant were excellent. A younger staff with OK English, but such a positive attitude that made our 3 night stay fantastic (not to mention the pool). It is definitely an "Oasis" in a busy/crazy area. Again, highly recommend 100%.

Surprisingly, they provide good varieties of breakfast eventhough prices was quite cheap for the hotel room. Breakfast was delicious and good environment by the pool side. Hotel location was good, accessible to popular attractions. Just 100km away from Bui Vien streets, very happening night life.

Friendly staff with Bui Vien Street st your doorstep”
The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. There is a flurry of restaurants and bars a stone throw away but if you want to get away from the intensity of Bui Vien Street, the hotel restaurant has an amazing relaxed vibe and delicious food.

It was very goooood experience staying at Beautiful Saigon Boutique Hotel. It just located at Pham Ngu Lao Street. Surrounded by pubs, restaurants, street food,bar.The staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast also delicious. Really recommended!!!

Staff bent over backwards to help with EVERYTHING. Facilities were better than anticipated, fantastic even. Brekkie was also very, very good.

A wonderful hotel with lovely staff.”
The hotel and staff were excellent. We did however find it very noisy at night. Our room was in floor 6 and there were several noisy night clubs that played loud music until 4am. When we discussed this with the staff they were fantastic and moved us to a lower floor where it was so much quieter. We slept really well. The move was accomplished without fuss and we were very impressed. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and everything about it, but if you are sensitive to noise suggest you ask for a room on a lower floor.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in Vietnam, small but homely feel. Staff went above and beyond for us. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants, definitely recommend for the value for money.

Great Location ”
It is clean and wifi working well. Go for deluxe room if you have kid. Not suitable for light sleeper. It is near the pub and the loud music may affect your sleep. Staff is friendly. Didn't try the swimming pool but it is a beautiful area for breakfast to start your day. Buffet breakfast is good.
