Best hotel for our 10 days stay in Switzerland ”
It is very near to the station with 5 min walk. We got a warm welcome from staff and free upgrade to a larger room with balcony. It is quiet, comfortable and with good view. There are small gifts and welcoming drinks from reception. Staffs are very helpful and we were able to buy our tickets and book activities through the reception. We also had dinner at the hotel which is also delicious. We will stay at this hotel again if we will come to Grindelwald again.

Everything’s perfect”
Just like the tittle, yes everything was perfect. Over my expectations! Truth to be honest it’s really amazing to stay here, hospitality best, staff friendly and warmest, Nice pool with best view, jacuzzi in and out door. Especially outdoor cool on face warm on body. And the most important words to say is the best view ever! Remember to choose either Mountain View. Everything is worth it! Super love. Thank you ❤️

Lovely stay in magical land”
Great impression the moment we step into the hotel, greeted personally by the Hauser's with a welcome drink. Room view is spectacular with Eiger view from balcony, hotel looks nostalgia but the facilities are new & modern. We especially enjoy the heated salt outdoor pool in the winter. Staffs are very friendly, and helpful. Definitely will be back, and highly recommend to stay here! Keep up the good and passionate work, Hauser team :)

The hotel is very close to the station, and clean. The pool and sauna facilities are also clean and good to use.

Extremely happy with my stay here, I have very little bad things to say about this hotel and honestly it's not worth mentioning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lounge and bar were very well kept and boasted a stunning view of the mountain to the rear of the hotel. Our room was great, they very kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view at no extra cost which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection of items to choose from and once again, the staff in the restaurant for breakfast were extremely helpful and polite. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us.

Quite close to the train station”
When you’re heading for the hotel from the train station. I would suggest the route passing right in front of the toilet of the station, instead of the one that leads you to the main road. So that you won’t have to go up and down with your luggages.

Great location next to the train station and old town. Cozy lobby and nice terrace with stunning view of the mountains. Great restaurant, suggest to book their half board package. Great facilities with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and swings for the kids. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. But it is disappointing that both of my two rooms are not facing the mountain!

Awesome Hotel with very spacious room and fantastic location”
We got the deluxe room on level 1 and sadly, part of the view was blocked by the roof of the hotel in front. Would have been so much better if it’s a higher room. Otherwise, it’s a very nice and cosy hotel with a good location and awesome breakfast! Staffs were very helpful. Would love to come back here again!

The worst service and communication”
I don’t recommend this hotel. They didn’t communicated well with colleagues and they don’t understand what I feel. I reserved Eiger view room but they continually said my room is not Eiger view room. I already talked about this before the trip on email 5-6 times and they confirmed my reservation is Eiger view room. But when I check in, they said my reservation is not Eiger view room. And they don’t understand why I felt bad. Expensive but the service was the worst.

Fantastico”
Great hot tub, spa area after a day of hiking. Lovely breakfast. Most rooms have balconies. Free parking. Just barely outside the more popular areas but close enough to train station to walk there with luggage. Great English speaking staff, all very knowledgeable. They all know everything about the area and how to get to all the famous routes. The hotel fills up with Asian tour groups as does most of the town. Get to breakfast before they do.
