Great hotel. Very clean and tidy. Staff are super helpful and know their stuff. Beds are lovely and comfortable. The lower levels are a little bit noisier at night as you can hear traffic noise and pedestrians. I would request a higher floor to prevent this.

Great location easy check in plenty of good onsite parking warm comfortable room. There is an on-site restaurant however we are visiting family and dining at their homes so no chance to try the restaurant .

Awesome staff service ”
We received a bright welcome smile from the counter staff Oliver (if I remember her name correctly) and that brighten us up after our exhausted travelling day. The whole checking in process was easy and fast. What's great was we were given an upgrade for our rooms. What a bravo news for us! She also tried her best to assist us on our request in providing us good alternatives and solution. It will be good that the hotel can install either door chain ledge or door peephole for personal safety. Currently now there is only door ledge without peephole and individual from inside the room wouldn't know who is outside knocking at the door. In order to know who is outside, door has to be open up and will then able to know who is outside. By doing so, this may in a way pose safety reason.

A great stay for the 1 night”
Had a pleasant night here and also ate at the restaurant for dinner. I recommend the mushroom risotto which was absolutely delicious.

Two night stay”
The staff were wonderful, the room service food was value for money and the restaurant/bar was reasonably priced too. The room had everything that anyone would need and the TV was a decent size. It was very clean and the room was made up early each morning, not like some hotels where you have to phone and ask for it to be done late in the afternoon. I would definately stay there again!

First impressions wasnt great at check in. I mentioned that I had quite a bit of luggage and should I just grab the trolley I saw in the doorway? I was just told yes, no mention of a porter or some help and they just watched me struggle wheeling it all in which i thought was very poor. Room was large and comfy but the bathroom was suffocatingly small as most of the space was taken up with the nice large shower which made up for it I guess. onsite restaurant was great, reasonably priced and the female manager there was awesome.

It’s in good location with walking distance to Salamanca market and parks. Decent parking lot and good service from the staff. Didn’t use breakfast or any other facilities.

This hotel location is on uphill , few blocks from shopping district. Fitness is available on lower floor.

Clean place & near to town. It is just in front of a Europcar rental & so convenient for us to drop off our car. Only 20 mins to Mount Wellington & nearby all places of interest . However no complimentary mineral water & its A$4 a bottle!!!’
