I've been in this hotel many times, when working in district 7. Hotel equipment is basic, but their deluxe rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommended for solo traveler that want to have clean, spacious room with sunny window like me.

This was a horrible experience!”
I had to change rooms during my stay, after the first night and had to move all my stuff, during the daytime, with no help from the staff. This was very inconvenient, as my day was already pretty busy enough. But the worst was that I was taken to a tiny room, next to the hotels laundry room and water pump system on the very rooftop. The water pump is constantly running and very noisy. On top of that, housekeeping was starting a washing machine at 11pm and was working until 2am next door. It was impossible to find peace. My rest was ruined and I had an important meeting early in the morning. When I asked the staff to change the room, they lied and said they were fully booked, although there were at least 3 rooms still available/empty/doors open. Not only the noise in the room that was too loud but also the staff being very difficult about the situation and openly lying about is outrageous! I also contacted the OYO customer service with no result or answer until this day.

i paid by my credit card but when i arrived hotel receptionist ask to pay by cash and i paid by cash(that time i also confused i paid or not by card) and 2 days later i recognized i paid by card before check in 2days so i go to hotel and ask to return my cash but hotel said you ask to return from agoda they don't want to return

Be aware that I was not allowed to check in 2 hours early for free even though I had that benefit from Agoda and the room was available. The manager was looking for ways to get more money from me, eg: pay more money for your early check in; pay more money for a table in your room.
